“Inttasmile did a great job for me. I had no doubt I would get a perfect impression my first attempt. I try hard to do things right. Easy to do. It took about 4 weeks start to finish. The day I received the kit is the day I submitted photos for approval. Mailed out the next day. So a majority of the time is having them manufactured after you've sent them in. I got the whitest natural color. It's definitely not white but off white. That was my only disappointment. I received the veneers and they fit absolutely perfectly. Except my natural teeth were exactly the same color! I guess I should have got Hollywood White. I didn't realize that the whitening kits that I have been using were very effective and much cheaper.”
“This will be my 3rd set (several years in between). I've always loved instasmile but this time they changed the impression process. Now you boil the mouthpiece thing wait 3 minutes and put it in. I have sensitive teeth and I guess a cavity on one side and let me tell you all my teeth on that side hurt now lol. The heat and the fact that the putty has to go in between each tooth, I didn't realize it would make my teeth so much. Just a warning to those considering.”
“Cannot fault the customer service, took quite a few impressions until it was finally accepted and staff were always calling ready to help, sent free impressions straight away when the first lot were decline.
The actual veneers weren’t as good as I expected and not sure they’re worth the money they charge, alot more bulky and was hoping they’d be more like my natural teeth which are alot smaller also a bit small on one side and have quite a lisp which I am hoping will go as I get used to them.”
“I ordered them, told me no problem, sent me the kit, as this point, very impressed, customer service at this point, no problem, did the moulding, sent in the photos, then to tell me they couldn't do them, but oh were charging you £75 admin fee, what the hell, not I get you may want a small fee, even £20, but £75 for something you have now decided can not produce, for nothing, read the small print they told me, the customer service went down hill from this point, not interested at all, and since I have not even had a phone call or email, nothing regarding the matter, and refund, just oh £75 admin fee, or if they have now cancelled my card, nothing, so to me, I would double check before you pay any money up front, ask if you can send photos first, of your teeth, that they can do it.
What annoyed me, they show videos, of people with as little as a couple of teeth, a I still have teeth, with a few missing, yeah there very small set of teeth, so to me, I after wonder if the videos on you tuber are not faked, because they make money for doing nothing”

“Everything went wrong. For one, this is my THIRD time ordering from them. I paid in full in January. I dealt with the back and forth, waiting a week between each response for months. They finally approved my impressions, I sent them in and paid 100 extra dollars for express service, and not only did it take an additional two weeks on top of the ten day express that I paid for but they WERE OFF IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They were not even close. I contacted them and let them know and they had me that videos and pictures….i did that. They agreed to remake them because it was very very obvious that the job they did was bs. They knew it. They were literally totally wrong. Wrong wrong wrong! Now instead of fixing them in a timely manner, they are having me go through that same process all over again. They prolong everything. Why should I have to redo my impressions? They accepted my impressions already. My impressions weren’t the problem, the technician was. The mold that they provide can only be used about 8 times according to them and each time you heat it up it gets tougher and tougher to make an impression. BEFORE YOU PAY…..EVERYTHING IS ALL GOOD AND THEY ARE SUPER KIND. AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY……THATS WHEN THINGS GET UGLY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING THA5 I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM IS THAT THE FIRST TWO TIMES I RECEIVED VENEERS THAT FIT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THEN AND ITS EVEN WORSE NOW. I have asked these people to either use the impressions that they accepted and make them correctly since I ALREADY PAID IN FULL AND IVE ALREADY PAID FOR EXPRESS SERVICE or if they weren’t capable of making them correctly, just to give me my money back point blank period. Simple as that. Then they have the nerve to bring up a contract…………this is nothing but a game to them. If you contact them it will take 3 days for them to respond. The communication with this company is horrible and they make it like that for a reason to prolong the process. It’s a scam in so many ways. When I first ordered years ago that didn’t have much competition but now they do. I would never in my life order from this company again. If it’s not a scam……..then what is? These people need to be held accountable for them stealing from their customers. Where is there integrity at? It is a horrible experience that I’d hate anyone else to have to experience. Horrible horrible horrible. Beware. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU.”
“Stay far away from this company they literally just rob you I sat in my initial payment of $165 and then it was supposed to be 65 every month I made my initial payment and continue to make three other months payments while it's the smile sent me my impression kit I made the impressions right away sent in the pictures and insta smile continue to tell me I needed to take new pictures or New impressions for 3 months they kept doing that I did everything they told me to in the meanwhile they kept charging me so I locked my card and I didn't make one month payment and they closed my account so I am out over 300 something dollars that they robbed me of stay far away from them”
