Everything went wrong. For one, this is my THIRD time ordering from them. I paid in full in January. I dealt with the back and forth, waiting a week between each response for months. They finally approved my impressions, I sent them in and paid 100 extra dollars for express service, and not only did it take an additional two weeks on top of the ten day express that I paid for but they WERE OFF IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They were not even close. I contacted them and let them know and they had me that videos and pictures….i did that. They agreed to remake them because it was very very obvious that the job they did was bs. They knew it. They were literally totally wrong. Wrong wrong wrong! Now instead of fixing them in a timely manner, they are having me go through that same process all over again. They prolong everything. Why should I have to redo my impressions? They accepted my impressions already. My impressions weren’t the problem, the technician was. The mold that they provide can only be used about 8 times according to them and each time you heat it up it gets tougher and tougher to make an impression. BEFORE YOU PAY…..EVERYTHING IS ALL GOOD AND THEY ARE SUPER KIND. AS SOON AS THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY……THATS WHEN THINGS GET UGLY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE IT. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING THA5 I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM IS THAT THE FIRST TWO TIMES I RECEIVED VENEERS THAT FIT, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE THEN AND ITS EVEN WORSE NOW. I have asked these people to either use the impressions that they accepted and make them correctly since I ALREADY PAID IN FULL AND IVE ALREADY PAID FOR EXPRESS SERVICE or if they weren’t capable of making them correctly, just to give me my money back point blank period. Simple as that. Then they have the nerve to bring up a contract…………this is nothing but a game to them. If you contact them it will take 3 days for them to respond. The communication with this company is horrible and they make it like that for a reason to prolong the process. It’s a scam in so many ways. When I first ordered years ago that didn’t have much competition but now they do. I would never in my life order from this company again. If it’s not a scam……..then what is? These people need to be held accountable for them stealing from their customers. Where is there integrity at? It is a horrible experience that I’d hate anyone else to have to experience. Horrible horrible horrible. Beware. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL SCREW YOU.
