RED FLAGS...
1.)look at url, au.instasmile.com , legit Australian site would be instasmile.com.au or even instasmile.com not try and give the impression they are in Aus,
2.) phone number , +61 is Australia but there is too many digits for it to be Aus number, Even an illiterate Aussie kid wouldn't write "Call Freephone Mon-Fri"
3.)Their office hours mon-fri 10pm-6:30am ADT ??? in Australian Eastern Standard Time that is 11am- 7:30pm
4.)you can pay off a minimum $550 for $295 upfront then 12 monthly repayments that add up to $225 .... so if u pay in one go its $550 or pay it off over 12 months its $520 even though the minimum is $550
5.) Their address is a Post office box, how many impression kits can fit in that, or they don't plan on doing much business

“Paid Instasmile $480. They said my dental impressions were not usable because of shrinkage with the putty. I was told I had to pay $50 for more putty or $150 to quit treatment! I've tried MULTIPLE times to purchase additional putty but Instasmile doesn't accept calls from customers. Customers must schedule a "call back" appointment. I have scheduled MULTIPLE appointments, but they never call at the scheduled time. They have nearly 300 Better Business Bureau Complaints and thousands of complaints elsewhere. I wish I would have researched better. They are a COMPLETE SCAM!”

I wish I could give a zero star .I bought these 2 month ago . They looked so fake and too big I didn't even try them and I decided to return was trying to contact them but no reply .
Then I emailed them about 10 times they kept making excuses and keep delaying the return .
And for each email it took about 4 to 5 days for them to reply . Its nightmare!!!
Still waiting for my refund . Didn't get my refund . Total waste of money .

They charged me 749.00 and want to send me 250.00 set of veneers for their remakes with no refund of the difference. I have repeated for them to remake what I paid for. They are refusing to do their part.I am still waiting for the 2nd impression kit they said they would mail out to me 2 weeks ago. The rep just confirmed it was never mailed out. I ordered these June 11. It is August and I am still fighting with them. The quality is the worse I have ever seen. They are bulky and look like I have a mouth piece in. My tops were so bad, they dont even snap in place. The bottoms wont go down all the way because they are too small. The rep told me today that they I will NOT get any refund. My only option is to accept the 250.00 classic veneers BUT I have to pay 749.00 for them....

Contacted the police for fraud today and pursuing injury lawyers unless instasmile pay me compensation and a refund. Impressions kits are not for nonprofessionals. Any product administered on or into a human being skin or body needs a consent form.”

“Paid the amount due in full for top and bottom set... Took original and secondary impressions due to first ones not being good enough. This, due to dental issues, was an extremely painful process which I explain to them... I sent pictures per their request and was told their technicians found no reason why I shouldn’t be able to do more impressions. 12 months later I am still denied a refund and was actually encouraged to re-purchase at a discounted rate... wow. So I am officially out $500 and have no product and no refund. Be careful.”
