“Hi. We were treated very nice. Christine was our representative and she made sure everything was completed before the job was done. She also made us feel important. She was friendly and courteous to us. Hope we can deal with her thorough out this process. We are just waiting for the paper work to arrive and we will see how the next steps go for us, hopefully as well as our first step. Thank you”

“I used healthrates.ca and was matched/ connected with Phillip from alliance and he helped me figure out what health insurance would be best for me. He was amazing with answering my questions thoroughly and promptly and was awesome with explaining certain things. I am very happy with the insurance decision I have made and I am confident that Phillip helped me find the best option for me right now and helped me apply as well! Thanks, it was a pleasure!”

“The communication with the agent Julia MOSCUZZA were very pleasant she explained all concerned questions with an understanding language I will continue to deal with her not only on this policy but on other if the need will and when it will come In regard to insurdinary no comments yet I will be waiting for the paperwork analyze it and then a comment can be made Keep up the good work”

“Agent was to call at noon but did not. I sent an email at about 1:30,got a call soon after. Spoke to the agent and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Everything was done and it's all good. Thank you to Theresa.”
