“I have been planning a trip to Ireland with some friends. I haven't traveled anywhere since before Covid and was having difficulty figuring out the ins and outs of the insurance--what I had vs. what I needed to be covered for anything unexpected. I was online many times checking out different insurance companies, calling some for actual quotes and asking questions. Shiwani was amazing. She guided me through the process, answered my questions, and gave me the best quote by far. When I finally figured out what I actually needed, she was there to complete the process and give me the insurance coverage that worked, at a price that didn't break the bank! She was patient and never made me feel like I was stupid, although I was feeling overwhelmed at times. If I travel again, I will most definitely give her a call FIRST to deal with any insurance needs I might have. Thank you, Shiwani!”
