So far Trupanion has covered nothing for my 2 dogs...zero. not parasites, medication, vet visits...nothing. I will be changing providers if nothing changes.

Everything is wrong! We have no control over our personal files and information. All those that work with me and have this plan have had nothing but issues. Having to pay full costs, then wait 3 to 5 weeks for reimbursement. No possibility to add banking information or address. I also can't submit a claim! They even have the wrong DOB. Like come on!

Boy did my relationship take a terrible turn for the worst AFTER Insurdinary got their first payment. I got some dental work done after I was told that my policy was active, and able to be paid direct to the dentist but when the dentist went to submit for payment , my policy WASNT active and I had to pay for it out of pocket . I was either lied to or misinformed about my waiting period ( they said it was 60 days from my old policy that I could get a new policy when I was told I had 90 days to renew) the dentist told me that it happens more times than not with GMS, the coverage provider . When I went for reimbursement, they asked to have it submitted again, for whatever reason, then said I wasn’t set up for direct deposit, which I had already set up, they had NO problem TAKING payment but want you to do more work than needed to RECEIVE payment. All that being said, I canceled my policy, I don’t have time to jump through all their hoops to get what I’m owed. Was told to stay away from GMS so I got out. Cost me $368 of my own money and I wasn’t gonna be going through all this every time like I was told by the dentist office I would have to. All in all, stay away from Insurdinary, AND GMS. Take my word for it . Find another provider. Horrible experience with Dornaz from Insurdinary, AND GMS. Very disappointed

First and foremost, we apologize for any miscommunication on our part. We take full responsibility for stating a 90-day period when in fact it was 60. On a rare occasion here at the company, a mistake happens. I am sure you can see from our reviews, our agents aim to provide only the best experience possible for all of our clients and the vast majority of the time, they do exactly that. Regardless of what was said, GMS activated your plan immediately as an exception so that you were able to use and claim your benefits. Although we can appreciate that Dornaz may have made a verbal error, unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for your direct deposit not being set up either. Those instructions would have been provided to you upon purchasing the plan. Outside of the first payment, the provider takes it from there. So once again, we apologize for you being misinformed however your experience at the dentist has very little to do with that. If you have any further questions, we are happy to assist you again.

I think the amounts for cpp you report are wrong.Im getting just over 1600 a month on supplementary old age benefits,plus my puny cpp add on of 84 $. Also for June of 2022,I'm seeing 2 different dates on the page schedule, the 28 and 29th. I get some gains about a week earlier for about 80$. Where did u get your info cuz if some seniors are only getting about 700 @ month they better apply for the supplementary old age benefits! This should bring you up to just over 1700$ a month! Ive met a senior out here in bc only getting about 809@ month,so I told him to apply for the supplementary old age benefits. Note: it's not automatically given to you ;you must apply for them,and if the crown says you qualify,you'll get the difference on your cpp, as a top up! Good luck!

I made an appt with rocket doctor which the appt was scheduled for today at 12:30pm alberta time. I was sent an access code with a link for the appt. I was told but the nurse who takes your call that I could sign. In 30 mins prior to the appt. I clicked on the link at 12:15 pm entered the code … it stress I was unable to ..: I kept trying to no avail .. I have emailed the email address that I emailed information that was requested, I also phoned the 1-800 # … once again to no avail there is no one available..: why claim you provide a service when you clearly don’t … … Just received a text saying that the doctor tried to do the appointment earlier than the appointment time scheduled but no text no email no phone call saying he was trying to get a hold of me no they put in the chart that I was a no-show … it’s the patients who suffer … why does a person study to be a doctor it’s clearly not to care about helping people

I had my medical documents sent to someone else. My privacy was shared. I got told that this doesn't happen often. So basically it has happened more than once. They also aren't very sympathetic to Anxiety issues. I would not trust this company.I am looking into a lawyer.

Sandie Logan is just interested in selling the policy. Before selling the policy she will say that the policy covers everything. But once it comes to processing the claim she will simply say cannot help with the claim. Not recommended at all to buy the policy from Allianceincome or Sandie.

Julia was very accommodating and explained the policies along with double checking information I had asked for regarding covid I will deal with her on an on going basis Great service Changing my decision as she sold us incorrect policies and now ghosts us.

I change my review. Gautam assured me my first payment would come out on the first when I specifically asked him if that's when the first payment would come out, which was untrue. The payment came out yesterday and my bank account is now in overdraft for the first time in my life and I can't pay the rest of my bills or buy groceries for the rest of the month. I'm completely screwed right now because of this.
