“Ummi was excellent and had the patience to professionally answer many questions and sent me two quotes which I asked so that I could forward them to Head Office for authority to purchase. Was totally satisfied....give the girl a raise!!!!! Don Hart”

“Ummi Hanny, the agent who assisted me was excellent and provided all the information in a very thorough and professional manner. She made the application process and payment by telephone extremely smooth and prompt. Online communication was prompt and all questions were answered and gave clarification when needed. A very positive experience and good outcome.”

“I called this company to inquire as to the possibility of getting travel insurance for myself and my husband. Not only was Stefania easy to speak with, she went well above and beyond to assist and answer my questions and even suggested questions I might have. This made me feel as though we had covered my query completely and any possible concern I might have for travel insurance was covered. She read parts of the policy to me and even suggested I take time to read the policy and get back to her at a later date. I was so pleased with her efficiency that I called her back to inquire about non medical travel insurance and she quoted me an excellent policy that was even more economical than anything else I had seen elsewhere. Would I suggest to friends to call? ABSOLUTELY!”
