“I have had a wonderful experience working with Dornaz and Michael. Because of my pre-existing medical issue, I needed some extra help to understand the proper coverage I required. Both Dornaz and Michael went the extra step to figure out the best option for me. I must admit that it was probably challenging for them, but they came up with the answers I needed. If I decided to travel again and required medical and/or cancellation insurance, I will reach out to them for their expertise and guide me towards my best options. Many thanks to both of you.”

“I dealt with Dornaz Samiei. She provided me with insurance info for two different trips. It was obvious that she was very knowledgeable of the various insurance products and pointed out savings to me. She was just lovely to deal with, And I felt I was in very good hands. Highly recommend her.”

“DORNAZ is an excellent person. She is detailed, well spoken, a great person. I liked her happy nature, wonderful nature and I am very pleased that she could put her amiable nature and her knowledge. She is an excellent person and she adds life to the call by adding smile in/to her call with clients, such as me. I am pleased I came across her when I was so unsure and I had left my employer of 10 years. She was knowledgeable enough to tell me to not go ahead with a prescription plan because I had already been approved on Ontario Trillium drug plan. She warned me that you could only keep one plan at a time and Ontario would cut me off if they knew that I had a drug plan. I thank her for her knowledge because the Sun life person who was related to my last company's plan did not have any such information. I was going to make a mistake by continuing with Sun Life prescription plan and enhanced health coverage if I had not come across our wonderful Dornaz Samiei. Thank you for an amazing job. You are good at what you do. And I'm hoping that many more people get to speak with you and get the service that I got. Thank you, wonderful Persian angel.”
