The Oxford trip is a total rush, we haven't really see any of the colleges. But we got a taste of it. The guides were awesome. Slowing down on the town tour would be great. We were almost running.

Tony, our driver/guide was really outstanding.

I took the tour to Stonehenge, Bath and Windsor. The tour guide, Tony, was excellent and I really enjoyed his wealth of information and humor. The only drawback to the trip was that there was a lot driving with relatively little activities at the sites. I would recommend dropping Bath from the trip and adding another activity near Stonehenge and Windsor. Although Bath was very nice, 1 1/2-2 hour driving each way for a two hour visit was too much.

Provide more commute time in between pickup stops when departing London - - we were behind schedule before we picked up the last customers

I found the tour very enjoyable. The guide was nice and friendly and gave lots of information. She spoke very clear English, and some Spanish also. In Stratford, I had time enough to walk to Nash House and Hall's Croft; In Stow to visit St Edward's. In Oxford I stopped for a selfie at the Sights Bridge and lost the group. I found them later, but had no spare time. In general, a rather complete tour. Could be improved including a photo stop at the Trinity church in Stratford, and another at Bourton on the water.

Guide was a bit off putting. Referred to us as "guys" all day but was helpful and knowledgeable. All in all a better day trip than Premium Tours which we also used. Liked the small coach. Good driver. Thank you.

This was my second tour with this company and I'm going on the next one in a week's time so I love travelling with them and I almost only have positive thoughts about them.\nBoth on the first tour to the Cotswolds with *** and on the dmsecond one to Wales with *** we saw amazing villages, landscape and towns and I loved both.\n However, I would like to mention that the description of the tours from the website is not always what we get in reality. For example it says 'Cotswolds tour with country pub lunch' but the pub we ate in was a fancy and very expensive one that not only made the costs go up but it wasn't traditional English pub food.\n Another example is that in the text about the Wales 2 day trip it says we explore the towns and cities with a guide and we do guided walks. In reality *** drove the bus and told us a few things but he wasn't a proper guide and he always stayed on the bus while we went around on our own. I feel like if I pay for a guide and I get someone like him who didn't point out where the film about King Arthur was made or who had no idea about the waterfalls is very disappointing and unfair, especially because he mentioned going with tourguides on other occasions.\nAll in all, I'm satisfied with the tours but they could improve the parts I mentioned above.

International Friends,\n\nWe just returned from an excursion with you to Salisbury Cathedral, Stonehenge, and West Minster Cathedral. The bus was great, places were great, but we would have\nenjoyed each destinations much better if we had heard the guide give us more details on each place. She gave us very little information on each destination. I believe she was a new student and possibly just starting out. More information would be so much better.

The tour and our guide was outstanding. Our only suggestion is more organization at the port of ***and when tours broke up for drop off at hotels at ***. Confusion and delay at both places. We loved our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. The coach was very comfortable.

The driver seems to have gotten lost during the trip to St. Pancras Station. It took nearly 3 hours to get from Dover to the station on June 28. The driver also did not speak the entire trip.

He was very professional yet still friendly. His driving was great and he knew where he was going to drop all passengers off at their hotels.

The experience was perfectly fine. I only rate it below excellent because traveling in a group (however small) has inevitable problems. The only thing that might improve the experience is to decrease the amount of places visited and increase the amount of time per place.

Overall the experience was very enjoyable. *** was right on point with communication and time tables. The group was housed at two separate B&B's which made it a little challenging to connect but not impossible. Even though totally aware that the itinerary may change from what is published and was fine, it certainly did not fall in line with what was expected after reading the on-line schedule. We expected the first day tour to be via motor coach and it ended up being a walking tour, which was not what we were expecting. The coach tour into the Highlands was wonderful and *** did a great job of driving and pointing out landmarks, etc. It would have been nice to have had at least one stop on the return trip in order to use restrooms. Thankfully *** had alerted our smaller group that we should take care of that prior to getting on the bus at Loch Ness! Overall, it was a wonderful weekend and I would recommend it to anyone as long as they understand there is more walking involved than was communicated on line.

Overall, I greatly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, *** was knowledgeable and witty. He made me want to return to Oxford. A couple of suggestions, though. It would have been extremely helpful if our main tour director gave us her contact number in case of a problem. Plus, a map of Oxford with the bus return spot would have been helpful. *** dropped us off on broad street, and we were not sure exactly how to get back to the bus. Plus, ***? Said to return at 6:15, but *** kept repeating over and over that we needed to return by 6. Thus, we had very little time to wander around Oxford due to the bus arriving in Oxford late, not sure how to find the bus, and no clarity of return time.

We went on the Harry Potter and oxford tour. Our tour guide was OK, but I had much more knowledgable and social guides on my other tours. Harry Potter was amazing, oxford was interesting. I have the tour a 4 because I felt there was just not enough time in oxford to do anything meaningful.

Overall good. They took good safe care of us, were present when they said they would be. Nice individuals. I think there could have been much better description of the Harry Potter experience, and also what was and what was not included in the tour. We ended up only having about 2.5 hours for a 3.5 hour experience. And most of that was waiting in the initial queue. Despite this, I would definitely recommend them.
