“Your company had offered considerable effective and need-fulfilling connecting tour services for those cruise tourists visiting London.\nThe tourist guides were quite proficient performing their in-time-of-need services. However, the character and logo of your company's display board should have been modified to become more eye-catching during meeting the guests.”

“Dealing with International Friends the company was a delight. The people who contacted me, including ***, were helpful and friendly, both through email and when we arrived at the port. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the driver we had. He was late picking us up, and after only 20 minutes on the highway, he stopped to buy himself coffee, breakfast and petrol, all things that probably should have been done beforehand. He was also not very smooth with his driving, and he was watching television and/or reading on his phone half the time he was driving. When we got to the hotel, I got my own luggage out (he did get my mom's), but then basically refused to leave until I gave him a tip. I was planning to tip; I know it is customary, but his lack of service and his demand of one was really off-putting.”

“I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for both driver and tour guide on our recent trip to and from Southampton and to Louise who coordinate both transfer.\nMy husband and I was pick up at our host residence,which is very convenience and drop us off at Southampton terminal with ease and no hassle.Highly recommended.\nOur second transfer back to London has a side tour to Salisbury cathedral,Stonehiigde and Windsor.We had a great time.We were drop off away from our place because of the size of the bus but it is all good.I will use your company again and will recommend to friends.\n***”

“Good tour, the first day was a little slow and the towns were cute but didn't really impress, the second day was much better with great scenery. Would have liked to visited more vibrant towns.”

“Their were a couple of negatives about this tour. 1) The tour guide occupied one of the coaches front seats. 2) The driver did not offer assistance in disembarking from the coach. I have been on eight, multi-day coach tours and several day tours and the guide has always used the fold down seat by the front door. In my opinion, paying guests should be able to occupy the front seats. Also, the drivers have always gotten off the coach to offer assistance to those who need it. \n\nOther than the above, the tour was very good and enjoyable. The guide quite knowledgeable and the driver very skilled.”

“Transportation from the pier was excellent. The driver was courteous and on time.\nOur travel agent did contact the company in advance to tell them that we had changed hotels. Driver did not have the info in his system.”

“Very charismatic and knowledgeable guide. A lot of freedom to explore at one's own pace. My only suggestion would be that I would expect the Chepstow castle entry ticket to be included in the price of the trip. Keep up the good work!”

“Our tour guide was wonderful. My only issue was that our hotel was in Windsor rather than Heathrow or London and we were told by the driver "tough luck" and we were given our bags after the Windsor Castle tour and had to call a cab to our hotel. \nIt would have been nice to have been dropped at our hotel like everyone else was !!\nOther than that, it was good.”

“Our tour guide, *** I think his name was, for the *** was amazing!! He knows so much about the city and is very helpful. My group and I had said how much we liked him and how if possible, we want to take a tour with him again while we are traveling around Europe!”

“Our tour guide was just so full of knowledge, history and interesting facts. It made the tour so much more enjoyable. Enjoyed our day. It was ideal for us getting picked up from our cruise ship in Southampton and not having to worry about luggage and then getting dropped of at the airport. ***”

“I thought the trip to Salisbury on a day when viewing the Magna Carta isn't possible was sort of a waste of time. Although I think I could have used a little more time in the town, I also could have used more time at Stonehenge and Windsor. Big crowds everywhere because of the nice weather. Maybe you should consider a trip just with Stonehenge and Windsor for people not interested in Salisbury. That way everything wouldn't seem rushed. Driver great, Guide prettty good. Pick up on time but a little confused although it did not affect us other than getting a late start because someone didn't show up and others were moved around from other buses I think. Will recommend to others'”
