I would prefer that tea and coffee be offered to complete lunch at the George Hotel. Those who desired an alcoholic beverage with their meal could each pay for their own order from the bar.\nThe guide "***" was very pleasant and informative up until the lunch stop. We enjoyed his early narrative but on the final leg to Heathrow, we noticed that he was very quiet.\nOverall it was a pleasant way to fill in our last day in England.\n

This was the best way for us to get from our cruise ship to our London Hotel and get to see many of our bucket list items. Even though we though we were on our own from the tour to the Hilton we were dropped at the door and the luggage taken in as well, super for sure. Really, really glad we did this.

I thought it was a private transfer and not shared. That being said, the trip was smooth and comfortable.

It would be better to allocate more time to each attraction. We were given only 2 hours for Windsor Castle, and spent 45 minutes of that time standing in line. This didn't give us enough time to appreciate what we saw and I felt like the entrance fee was a waste of money. It was the same case with Stonehenge, long lines and little time.

Village is less of interest.

Our tour guide was very good (talkative, upbeat, kind) and I really enjoyed the trip overall. A few things I would change were: \n1. Accomodations at Baskerville Hall--there were 9 people in our room and it was just too much. Those of us who wanted to go to bed early were kept awake by the lights on and people coming back from drinking at the bar until midnight. I was awoken by someone in the middle of the night who said she was bothered by my snoring.\n2. Food on Sunday--there were not enough options at the pub, and it was too much time between breakfast (8am) and lunch (3pm). Perhaps there should be a stop on the way to the horse farm or during the trail ride for people to get a snack and use the loo.

Trip was great.\n\nOnly disappointment was that I had signed up\nfor the other tour (Roman bath...) and it was cancelled.\nSo I was taking a tour that I had done before.\n\nThe tour guide was excellent.\n\n

We took the Making of Harry Potter tour and the Downton Abbey (including Cotswolds, Village and Highclere Castle)/Oxford tours. Both were very good but there are several things that would have improved the HP experience: other tours apparently showed portions of one of the movies on the bus. That would have added to the experience and shortened the feeling of the drive. Tell people in advance that if they pass by the butter beer place, they won't be able to go back (or make Warner Brothers change that) and third, tell people they can get alot ot the HP stuff in Oxford, with a lot of selection, shorter lines, and possibly better deals.

*** was a good guide and we enjoyed learning about Bath and Lacock and *** was a good bus driver. The only issue we had was when we were dropped off at a hotel in London to wait for transportation to our hotels. There were 6 of us who had hotels further from the other passengers. We were told the taxi driver would be there is 5 minutes and that we would save an hour by taking the taxi and not remaining on the bus. We waited about 30 minutes for the driver and we were not delivered to our hotel for almost another hour. I was under the impression that we would be at our hotel by 6:30 p.m. We didn't arrive at our hotel until after 8 p.m. which was 5 hours from the time we left Lacock. That part was very frustrating and unacceptable to all of us. There should have been other transportation for those of us who were in hotels further from the city center. Seems this could have been better planned since our hotel locations were known in advance.

We were picked up at our pre described time and transferred to our cruise ship via Stonehenge smoothly without any issues. The time at Stonehenge could have been a bit longer because it was extremely busy that day but regardless, the service was excellent.

Our day trip from Southampton to Heathrow was great! Our guide was thee when we got off the ship and got us on our way. We visited Salisbury Cathedral, Winsor, and Stonehenge. I wish we had more time at each place, but that wasn't their fault. The bus was clean and comfortable.

The pick-up at Southhampton was confusing and the person to pick us up did not have our names on his placard- he had the wrong number of people and names.\nHe had the first names of a man and woman and their last name-all listed separately so he thought he had 3 people.\nI believe he finally called to clarify after one of your group directors helped him sort it out.\nDelayed departure by 15 plus minutes and caused a fair amount of anxiety.

Yes, I would recommend your service to others. But our experience at Stonehenge was TERRIBLE! We had 1 1/2 hours there. There was a line to get on the shuttle bus of more than twenty minutes. After we got to the stones, there was a line to return on the shuttle bus that was a half-hour (according to a staff person at the line.) So I had to take a picture of the stones from a distance and begin waiting in the return line immediately. We had no lunch and if I didn't eat anything at Stonehenge we were not getting to our next stop until 3:00PM. At the refreshment area there was another ten minute line to pay for a pre-made, wrapped sandwich. \n\nThe visits to Salisbury Cathedral and Windsor Castle were ok, but short. You couldn't see the Castle in the time we were there. I didn't have time to listen to the audio tour because of the shortness of the available time at the site.\n\nMy recommendation would be to either explain the shortness of the stops in the literature or cut out one of the stops.
