Hi, Sorry to hear you were disapointed with the delivery time of the product. Looking at your order it was placeded on the 1st February and despatched by Royal Mail on the 5th. At the time of ordering we were quoting a delivery time of 7-10 days on the order confirmation emails. With this in mind we would have been within our quoted time frame.

“My Review is that I have dealt with International lamps for years and they still will not set up a credit account for me I could spend a lot more with this company but if they dont trust me I dont see why I should, I dont owe them any money so whats the problem.”

Hi Derek, Our apologies for the delay with your order. This was down to the manufacturer being out of stock and unable to meet their delivery dates. As I'm sure you are aware importing items into the UK has been problematic at best and although it is getting better it is still causing issues.

Hi Kevin, Sorry for the delay you have experienced with your order. We had sent you an email advising that we were expecting delivery on the 10th of February but due to problems we have experienced with our stock orders coming in from Europe,it was delayed several times. We have received stock now and your order is being processed today.

“received ok thank you .I fitted it to my pond UV lamp but a problem with a fit internally in the filter box ( mechanical size was not OK ! ) I tried to modify the bulb fitment by reducing its size ( but it still was of no use to me , nothing..! you can do for me now) I took the risk choosing this product knowing i would have to make a modification to it which failed !. Please be aware the lamp holder was in no way at fault & I will NOT be returning it to you, ( G 23 fitting for the 2 pin lamp i OK Just mechanical fit to Blagden pond filter was the problem?”
