Hi Derek, Apologies for the delay. We are experiencing a lot of problems with importing EU products and then clearing customs. Customs do not advise you when your packages will be processed and so we just have to wait until they arrive. If you do not wish to wait please let us know and we will refund your payment. Hi Claire, The item ordred was listed as Pre Order on the website. On placing our order with the supplier we were advised it had been discontinued. As this was not a stock item for us we would not be unaware of the situation.

I have had no problem with international lamps courtesy in their emails but as of today’s date I still have not received my lamps I ordered about six weeks ago. Apparently due to import problems. I assume this will be sorted shortly.

I only wanted a single transformer for my bathroom lighting and expected to have to wait for delivery until the big orders were filled. Not so, arrived in a few days, excellent service. Will definitely use ILL again and will recommend to all friends.

The piece of kit I ordered was exactly what I had expected and hoped for from its description on your website. The only disappointment was the inordinate amount time it took to reach me. I had expected 5 to 7 days given the current covid restrictions but it was far far longer. Nevertheless, your staff were helpful, courteous (and above all amusing!) when I phoned to check up on its whereabouts. And of course it arrived a few days later. Thank you International Lamps.
