“Great service from Tasha when my parcel went missing. Soon got it sorted. Interparcel has improved a lot over the years I have been using it. I will be using it again for sure. Thank you.”

“My only gripe I have is that it takes a long for staff members to get back to me. The amount of times i have been told that someone will get back to me and in the end havn't has been a lot.”

“Having used Interparcel for the last 6months or so (previously with Parcel2go) I have noticed that lately their service and direct communication has improved greatly. I'm starting to see the personal touch coming through - as an example today Ellie Paul emailed to advise of a failed delivery to one of my customers and that enabled me to advise them to be ready for a re-delivery the following working day. I have been mulling over going direct with UPS but for now, with such great service, I'm staying with Interparcel as I don't need to go anywhere else - reliable systems (have never had a failed collection when using them), fair pricing and now great back office customer service. Well done Interparcel - great work!”
