“6 days ago I placed an order with Interparcel. I'm in the UK and needed to bring over some of my belongings which were still in Atlanta, Georgia USA. The process was SIMPLE, easy to use, easy to understand, no ridiculous amounts of barely understandable forms using language, jargon and terms I couldn't understand like USPS/FedEx employ etc etc.. Just plain english, a simple 3 step process, no messing about and my order was complete!! UPS collected my belongings a whole day early...and within 5 days they were delivered to my door via the TNT World Economy service I opted for. It was a lightning fast process. I'm thrilled I've found Interparcel. I will never use another company again. I've been trying for months to find a way of organising shipments of items in the US from outside of the US...just when I'd given up all hope, along came Interparcel. Really, they're that good. TNT and UPS also deserve credit. They've never let me down either. Can not thank them enough for a quick and easy to arrange service. And the prices were extremely reasonable. I wholeheartedly endorse Interparcel and will be using them again and again and again.”

“After dealing with someone on chat who was very unhelpful and rude (Lisa or Lucy, cannot remember) I was left with my questions unanswered and confused. I initiated another chat session and got Nicole, I explained my situation, and answered every question clearly and precisely. Thank you Nicole!”

“I was really surprised how easy and quick it was to arrange the pick up of my parcel. I did not expect all labelling to be provided so it was simple to ensure the parcel got to its intended destination.”

“The service provided by Interparcel was spot on. The package was collected at the time stated and delivered very quickly. The only negative was I was invited to and paid for an SMS notification on delivery of the package but this was not received. I will certainly use this company for future deliveries.”

“I thought the service was very good and was at a good price. I was slightly nervous to use the service because I had never used them before, but everything was straightforward to organise online. I received confirmation immediately with simple instructions of what I needed to print and display on the parcel. The parcel was collected from my home address when they said, and delivered as they said the following day. I could even track the parcel and see where it was at any time. I would definitely use this service again.”

“Inter parcel is easy to use fast prompt service at great prices online help was fast and polite and sorted out my collection for a bulky item the prices are layed out in plain English and allow you to make the best choice for your item I will be back and use again and again thanks so much for a pleasant experience with attention to consumer service :)”

“So refreshing to get a service that cuts through all the normal unhelpful options offered by the competition. So simple!!! Absolute dream not to have to wait in all day for collection with all the dramas that that usually involves and have no doubt that delivery of parcel will be efficiently handled. Delivery confirmation text fab option too.”

“I use the UPS service through Interparcel as I can print the labels and UPS pick up the packages. I've used this service for a few years now for UK and European deliveries and there has never been a problem.”
