“It took a few mins to sort out and parcel picked up when they said. Just about hassle free. It was the only courier I could find on line to courier my 43 kg parcel bike box size.”

“Not much to say really. It was the lowest price option I could find. The service was excellent. A friendly, helpful driver arriving at the time specified. Quick delivery and the man receiving the parcel the other end was happy. It all went well. Thank you”

“This was the first time I have had the need to use a courier parcel collection service, and having searched online, Interparcel gave the cheapest quote. They were brilliant. The parcel was collected at 9 a.m. on the requested day and I received it in the morning of the following day. I had thought it would take three or four days as quoted, so was delighted at the speedy service. Would definitely use them again if the need arose. Many thanks.”

“Having read some of the negative reviews I booked with slight reservations but the cost was half the price quoted by Parcelforce so took the plunge.They collected on time & used UPS to courier an 8kg box to Germany for ?20. I did not need to call them so cannot comment on that side of their customer service but the emails regarding quotes & booking were very quick & the tracking service was easy to use. I would use them again.”

“The interface is easy to use and undertsand, and the results come back immediately. Just a few clicks and the booking is complete. An email is sent with all the information. Couldn't ask for more. I use this service for everything I send.”

“I have only just started using Interparcel haveing been totally let down by Royal Mail.They have become ridiculously picky and petty in their choice of what they will accept,In lengths, weights,heights etc and Doubling their prices etc. I will never use or recommend them again.They raised prices in approx: Sept: and now again in April, bad management, lost or stolen parcels, insurance claims I think you get the gist. The only prblem I have with Inter:Par: is it does take a lot of time and effort to understand the web site. This apart I am very happy”

“I started using Interparcel the last time the G.P.O put it,s prices up, I wish they had put them up sooner I would have saved a fortune ! I don,t have to go to the post office, and on average my parcels are half the price the royal mail would have charged. Very efficient , convenient service.”
