“excellent service collected and delivered on time. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have the option of leaving a note for the collection driver of a safe place where the parcel may be eg with a neighbour, if you have to go out before its been collected - many of the couriers used by interparcel offer this if you book direct with them, rather than through interparcel”

“Love this site alot when it comes to posting. Not many things to improve on, apart from would be a nice gesture to very regular users some sort of loyalty option...after a certain amount of parcels booked get a discount or something would make a good place to order even better.”
