A parcel was not collected the day it should have been. Did an online chat with Sabrina who efficiently found out the problem and re-arranged collection. Interparcel are usually very reliable for sending our parcels. Would recommend them.

It was my first time using you so I found it a bit slow filling the pages out, but I will get used to that. I had forgotten to print of the invoice page and rang your customer service. Mary Evans sorted this out for me and emailed it to me in minutes, I was very impressed.

I had some question about tracking and Rachel was really helpful. The quotes are much cheaper then direct couriers' and the website is clear and easy.

Becky Blythe was understanding of my issue I had with the DX Express service (Which I would NOT recommend to anyone). She understood how bizarre the issue was in terms of DX not even keeping a record of the booking and offered a refund, which I've accepted. Great support.

For some reason screwed up to start with, parcel not picked up on Saturday but customer service sorted out the problems and it was picked up Monday. Customer service second to none, people like Charie Stocker put extra effort in to ensure I was satisfied, the parcel was delivered and for the money this was excellent service. Would recommend.

There was a problem with our order and the recipient claimed they did not receive their package. Charlie Stocker kindly assisted us and answered all of our questions; tracking down the location of the package and ensuring steps were to taken to get the package delivered. Thanks for your help. After a glitch with your website I submitted 2 orders by mistake on Monday 10th August. The 1st one would not complete. Sabrina one of your support team spoke with me and said she would sort it and refund me the money for the incomplete order, but I would need to submit another order which I did. But Sabrina never sorted out the problem for me at all. Thankfully I received an email from Kirsty Cooney one of your customer services advisors on Tuesday to say my parcel had not been picked up. Which alerted me that I hadn't received my refund and that you were looking for 2 parcels. Thanks goodness for Kirsty's excellent customer service. She sorted it all out for me and issued my refund for the overcharged incomplete order. Excellent Customer Service from Kirsty Cooney, very impressed with her.
