5 star service. Problems resolved quickly and easily, parcels sent without fuss. Great company to deal with. A delivery issue recently was resolved quickly and easily for us by Charlie Stocker. Our thanks to him and all at Interparcel.

I was helped to resolve a problem with US customs, Nicole Rowland was efficient in this respect. I would always recommend Interparcel to friends or business colleagues.

Broke 3 out of 4 items sent. Hidden clauses in T&C's about transporting glass. Awful/ non existent customer service, couldn't get hold of customer service over the phone. Haven't had such bad service in years. Get into the 21st century!

Hi Nerys, Thanks for your feedback, apologies that your item has arrived damaged in transit. We do ask you to tick to say you have read the prohibited and restricted items list when you place the booking via our website and glass does fall under our restricted items list which means you can send it but its sent at your own risk and is not covered for damage. As our couriers are not fragile services we cannot guarantee that such items will not be damaged in transit. I have sent a parcel via UPS. Customer claim they never received. I did contact your customers service and receiver great support from Josie Smith. She keeps me updated all the time and answer my questions very promptly. She also contacted courier and after investigation I have been confirmed that parcel has bee delivered. 5 Star service. THANK YOU

I was asked by James Giffen to complete this review. Overall we are pleased with the service we receive. If ever there is a problem with any shipments we are contacted quickly and the matter is dealt with efficiently.

I like the ease of Interparcel and being able to choose from the many options offered by many couriers. The pre pay facility is great for getting orders through in a hurry as there is no need to add payment details. The support is also great - requested an address change last minute and the replacement shipping label was sent straight through (didn't get the lady's name). I've also received a very speedy customer service response email from James Geffen - all round, very impressed.

Needed to cancel a shipment due to amiss in communication between me and seller. Contacted your chat and JamesG, he helped me immediately and I got the refund my mail from Paypal during the chat. Very good customer service.
