“I love the fact that I can pick the phone up and speak to someone nice and friendly quickly . Stacy McKay was very helpful with my query and emailed me and kept me up to date. This is very rare with most companies so please keep it up Interparcel.”

“As an Admin Officer wtih The Country Catalogue I use Interparcel all the time for our overseas customers. The web site is very easy to use and when there is ever a problem I can go back to the web site and e-mail our problems through the Contact Us site and they almost always get resolved. I have had an issue today whereby our customer is on holiday and did not give a thought to the receipt of his parcel.....I have consequently passed messages to Interparcel for the Delivering carrier and I have received very speedy responses......Thank you Rachael Smith for all our help today.”

“My most recent orders with Interparcel have been spot on. No problems with collection or delivery and goods have arrived in perfect condition. I tried to query something using the instant chat feature on the website but it seemed not to be working. However my email was picked up quickly and the issue resolved with no trouble. Very good service. James Giffen sent me an email to confirm todays delivery was successful which was a nice touch.”

“Soem issues have been experienced with your integration with DX Group so that I have booked collections and DX claim they did not get notified. This has caused problems for me but on every occasion that I have had problems I have had great customer care. Prompt and professional. James Griffin has been particulary good and I have always been impressed with his prompt service and professionlism. Kevin Rockett”

“Interparcel's customer service has improved beyond recognition in recent times and is now streets ahead of anything offered by competitors such as P*****2**. Contact information is easy to find and I've found I get through quickly by phone or using their chat facility. Amazing. I have switched allegiance and will stick to Interparcel from now on, even if they sometimes cost a little more. PS Thanks to Mary for prompt and helpful support today.”

“I use Interparcel on a regular basis and send the vast majority of my orders through them. They are helpful and professional. Any problems are solved and rectified in a very prompt manner and the staff answer queries and emails very quickly. My most recent query was answered within 24 hours by Stacey Mckay and she dealt with it in a very professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.”
