“I didn't even get my money back after one of your operatives made a big dent in a small grill/oven l that I despatched. It wasn't any larger than a toaster! The item had to be thrown in the bin and I had to refund the cost to the buyer too so I'm pretty upset about the incident. (Order 9341975??). Up till then I had always been happy with Interparcel's service.”

“Wasn't sure if the item was actually safe in the shop (Mr Mart, Holloway Rd, London), it was sorta a high value item and I just had to leave it on top of a freezer cabinet in the shop! It did arrive tho' and beats Royal Mail on price so overall, first time using the shop drop thingy, quite pleased.”

“I would have no hesitation recommending inter parcel. So easy to use, book and have never been let down. Can book up to about 8pm the night before and have the parcel collected the next day.”

“Its a simple, easy booking process, its clear on the charges, collection dates and delivery dates. Customer services mostly do all they can to help. Slightly let down by some of the delivery companies and the compensation exemptions.”

“Good site but it takes too long to enter details, wish i could find how to register an account easier, apart from that its a good site..I just dread having to enter my card details and collection address everytime..sometimes i have to send out 4-5 seperate packages and its tedious, but then again I am very lazy when it comes to this stuff ..it just takes less time on other sites..i.e hermes.”

“Really easy to book, tried to get a quote direct from one of the couriers the other day and it was SO much more complicated, plus the price was much higher, so just went back to Interparcel. Always very happy.”

“We ordered pickup for Monday (7 very heavy boxes) for delivery to France. All the boxes arrived on the Wednesday. That's as good as First Class post. I've used Interparcel dozens of times now and have never had any problems. I wholly recommend them.”

“i regularly use you with my business to collect consignment across the united kingdom but not all consignments are collected on the day that i will have booked them to be collected and when i call customer service they say wait until 6pm yet or offices closed at 5... twice i rebooked collections to be done but were not done till the third day”

“For the 60 plus years I have never thought of using any other service than the Post Office for delivery of any parcels. Accidently I came across your site and decided to have a look at it as I had 3 parcels to send out. I was amazed that it was definately so much cheaper and it was so quick paying for the service on line and then for me to deliver to one of the local shops in my area. No queing at the post office for me again. So very glad I found you and your first class service, I do so hope your continue with your good work and go from strength to strength.”
