“I booked for a pick up today and my booking and money was accepted. Then I got an email saying Interparcel couldn't pick up today, but would come tomorrow. I would appreciate being told before not after payment! I also object to being told I am in the Highlands and Islands. I am not. The Highlands and Islands are a distince and well defined area. I am in Aberdeenshire. It is like saying Devon is in Cornwall.”

“I have used the Inter parcel site for a number of years, they have always proved to be reliable and well priced. When compared to others their choice of courier and service is 2nd to none. On only one occasion have I had a problem with a collection and it is then that the service was put to the test. Inter parcel responded very efficiently and the issue was sorted They have my highest recommendation..”

“I went on the internet to find a fast courier and you know our house name if Archers Oak well I was able to plan enter and pay with out wasting my time so if they are as fast then they have got to be faster than an arrow shot to my house.”

“From all the deliveries you done for me only one it have been missed that takes a 2 days but the rest about 80 or more deliveries always the nextday they will aarrive to my customers with UPS couriers. Shop to Shop service is excellent and very competitive price. Thanks Guys”
