“The system did not accept that I directly filled in the full postal code in UK in one sequence - had to stop several times to point at prewritten alternatives for the continuation. That is a stressing feature!”

“It saved me from going and queuing at the post office. It is a very convenient service and a little cheaper than royal mail. It also gave me the option of collecting a parcel and then getting it delivered to my doorstep. It's an invaluable service with lots of options. Myhermes, however needs improving but I know that is nothing to do with you. Thanks.”

“I have been dealing with Interparcel for a number of years. I have been very happy with them, even when things have gone wrong. They have been quick to respond and put things right. I have often recommended them to other people. They run a good service.”

“We have used Interparcel regularly for a few years for business deliveries and have always received a good service. A recent shipment was delayed due to an incorrect postcode given by our customer, although Charlie Stocker was very prompt and courteous at sorting the redelivery with minimal fuss - thank you! Recommended value for money!”
