I paid for a next day delivery service with UPS through Interparcel, I even paid the extra £5 to cover the parcel for the full value of its contents. The parcel arrived seven days late. When I first contacted Interparcel I was told someone would stay on top of this and get back to me the same day which didn't happen. I had to call again the next day. I was told I need to provide a full description of the contents and UPS will start an investigation which will take 8 days. I was told after a few days there were 'warehouse capacity issues' with the delivery address which I did not believe at all. The parcel seems to have finally been delivered seven days after the day it should have been delivered (I have not verified this at the time of writing this review). When I asked for a refund due to the fact I did not receive a next day delivery said which I clearly paid for, I was told the service is not covered by a money back guarantee. Absolute rubbish. They have lost a customer.

Hi Qumran Khaliq, thank you for your review. I am very sorry for the delay with your shipment. The carrier was advised the delivery address was having major delays due to warehouse capacity issues. Unfortunately the service selected at the time of booking doesn't come with a money back guarantee if the shipment arrives late. Once again I do apologise for the inconvenience caused.

items was damaged,customer services wanted an essay writing which we do not have time for,it is their job when we complain to look into it.

I am sorry that order 13514689 was damaged. I can see that the claims team emailed you on 21/09 asking for the parcel details so that a clam can be started but they have not received the information. They generally just need pictures or the damaged item/packaging and a proof of value. This is standard for all damage claims. I am very sorry of you felt that this was requesting to much information but this is needed for the claim to be processed.

Placed an order for collection from my work place on the 4/11/2016. Parcel not collected, phoned arrnanged next day, not collected etc etc. Its now 9th and still not collected. I've now lost a seller (I've refunded the buyer the full amount and as a good will gesture letting him keep the goods if they ever go). So i'm £50 down plus shipping. I'm going to see if he gets the goods before Christmas. Never used such a poor company, guratntee collection, will be today false false promises. Never using again, I will book direct. Been filling these reviews in and all of a sudden they don't think they can find the buidling. COME ON, we have 30-40 deliveries/collections everyday. Want my advice go to ups, tnt direct use parcelforce regardeless of cost its saves in stress, phone calls, email, live chats. This company just not worth it. GO else wheer or exspect the same treament. POOR POOR POOR

Most competitive prices of all the parcel brokerage firms. Real, knowlegeable UK customer services who answer the phone quickly and sort out any issues, not an Indian call centre who read the script from a screen.

I used the website to track a parcel and it didn't have enough information to tell me where to get my parcel, which had been delivered to an access point. I used the live chat and spoke to Nicole, who was very helpful and gave me the information I needed right away.

I used the Chat Help today to sort out a duplicate order caused by a website error and Nicole was extremely helpful and had it sorted within about 3 minutes!

used them about 60 to 100 times they managed to loose one parcel, very small, full compensation paid including the cost of the post.
