“I sent a parcel having weighed it carefully beforehand. After sending this parcel Interparcel sent me a surcharge for the parcel being overweight. No discussion. No direct contact. Notice that I was liable period.”

“They slap extra charges on after you have paid. They claim it is for handling, however I sent tyres, which are indestructible so I know this is a con. They are threatening court action now, (for a tenna) wont listen. Just avoid them. I thought they were good for a couple of times, but it is how you handle dispute that shows up good and bad companies.”
