I am very happy with the service and response times of Interparcel. Communication is easy and deliveries are reliable. When there is a problem, which is inevitable in any delivery company, it always gets solved, sometimes within hours and sometimes days, never longer than this.

On-line chat is a easy and efficient way to contact Interparcel to resolve any problems. Sabrina handled my query promptly today, and I was happy with the outcome.

I do like Interparcel. They give access to premium delivery solutions and at a reasonable rate - for both business and domestic. On the odd occasion where I've had need to contact them, they are approachable by email (though I believe there's the option to phone) and they reply quickly. Big thumbs up to Katy Hall - now in my address book - Katy is always keen to help and is a valued contact. Thanks Interparcel !

Excellent service - on the odd occasion there are any problems they are always handled promptly and professionally - recent issue on a very important shipment overseas to a key customer was handled most excellently by Charlie Stocker in Customer Services dept - Highly recommended

Mary Evans was extremely helpful and obliging when I decided to cancel a booking I had made. It was on the actual morning of the day that the parcel was due to be collected, that I cancelled but she was very helpful and understanding and refunded my charges with no questions or quibbles. I am very impressed with the service that this company offers in general and the charges are very reasonable and affordable. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone that needs an easy to use and understand online parcel delivery service, where size nor dimensions matters.

I think you need to label things and make sure labels stay on before collecting them I'm very disappointed that you telling me my parcel is lost.i know it's stuck somewhere in your storage I'm coming to identify my bag

We booked a parcel for next day collection through Inter Parcel, 9 days later it still hasn't been collected. Every time we have contacted Inter Parcel for answers we've been directed to three clueless 'Customer Service Advisors', who evidently have the wrong job title as we have not experienced any customer service. One of the said 'Customer Service Advisors' also had that audacity to send an email asking if we could write this review and to name her so that her manager could see it... I'm more than happy to oblige and included the others too... Stacey McKay, Mary Evans, Annelese McBride. Absolutely shocking, we have now cancelled the order and are awaiting a refund, we will definitely never use this company again.

My company The Missing Link has been using Interparcel for several years now . The website is easy to use with an address book facility and printable shipping labels and customs invoices. Interparcel offer a wide choice of delivery companies for inland, Europe and the rest of the woprld and prices are competitive. Interparcel staff are extremely friendly answering ant queries in a very helpful and polite manner and should things go wrong or prove difficult with a delivery they will step in and sort everything out promptly and efficiently. Also important - it is very easy to find the contact phone number on the site - a bit of a rarity nowadays on many sites .. I am very happy to recommend Interparcel Services...Jan Morten

cheap rates for shipping from England to Germany. Used the service before. This time I needed to increase the insurance after placing my order, Sabrina in the livechat helped me and made it easy for me.
