Absolutely horrible nothing but issues… Absolutely horrible nothing but issues from day one I have had this device in two different company trucks . Most recently brand new truck now key fab doesn’t work,power locks window radio and interior lights . Now they have suspended my license due to two lockouts ,from false readings ,pump failure,it got so bad for last two months it would take me five times of blowing to get it to take a reading multiple times failed start then 30 seconds later passed ,finally they had changed device and cord twice and still false readings. Now license is gone I have received removal documents from RMV and sent to them as directed and nothing after 3 different times on phone wasting hours and I couldn’t understand representative now I can’t even get the thing removed . It’s beyond me how this company is still in business absolutely ruined my life .

The intoxalock device was instsiled wrong and seriously dammage my vehicle.They had poppers documenting and still refused to repair.It is impossible to get anyone on the phone.When you do they are in Pakistan of India and really do not care about resolve.Even after all the problem they have caused my the sold my personal information and now I get harassing sales calls all day.The worse copany I have ever done business with.They had no concern about anything...

"This company is a complete rip-off. I'm supposed to pay about $59 every two weeks, but every other two weeks they come up with some bogus violation on the interlock device just to charge me more than double . It's a blatant cash grab. If you want to avoid getting scammed and overcharged for no reason, do yourself a favor and stay far away from these folks."

Worst company ever, DO NOT USE THEM, I repeat DO NOT USE THEM, I turned the equipment in. I had the personal alcohol monitor to the service center. I got it I got it from and did all my calibrations. I’ve spoke to the service center. They sent it off and intoxicalock is trying to hit my card for almost $1500 over three weeks ago this equipment was returned, They are a mess of a company. do not use them.

Their equipment is outdated and inferior to other companies' equipment. It cost me over $300 to have it removed and Lifesaver equipment installed. They are dishonest and will make false statements to have you extended upon review. AVOID INTOXALOCK LIKE A PLAGUE.

This company is completely unprofessional. No one speaks English, they refuse to put a supervisor through to me. I called to schedule the device to me removed from our car, and the Indian woman tells me I have to pay $63 to close my account, AND pay the place $150 to remove the device!!! This is a complete scam. They never told us that; this company only cares about taking money from people. They don’t care about people’s safety. They’re just here to take money and rip people off! My DUI was 18 YEARS ago; they put in the wrong VIN number upon installing the device so they wasted 2 weeks of my time getting that corrected. This company is disgraceful and has no right being in control of people’s drivers licenses!!!

Got 2 unwarranted violations within 3 days, 2 weeks from the end of my lease. I've sent 5 emails and they've all gone unanswered. Customer service via phone was dismissive and gave me incorrect information. Choose another company if you can.

The app is garbage, customer service is outsourced and difficult to contact, they don't email back, and I've gotten 2 violations in 3 days for "unauthorized restart." Not once have I failed to provide a clean breath sample, and the service rep couldn't explain what the problem actually was. Money grabbing hacks.

Their mobile app is a joke. Don't send a message through the app. No response. I was told 3-5 business days. Then why have it? The device is great! The CSR POLICIES ARE RIDICULOUS.

They try to get money out of you constantly. My battery died in my car and I had to get a new one. They charged me an $80 lockout fee saying it’s my responsibility to have my car battery charged. Make sure you don’t need a new battery because you will get charged even after getting it recalibrated again before the timer runs out.

DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK!!! First of all, I am serving 6 months with this device due to a DUI I got 18 years ago and I haven't drank in the last 4 years. This company is HORRIBLE!! The devices constantly fail. The initial device I had would randomly retest hours after the car was turned off and no one was near the vehicle to blow in it. Costs $75 from Intoxalock and another $80 from service center. 7 times this happened and they refused to reimburse me any of it. Then I had to pay to get another device installed. All was good for just under a month, until it said I missed a service (6 days before service was due) and locked me out again! After 10 says with no car, I have a 5 year old) they replace the device again. Again I must pay for installation ($50), tow fees ($200) and all other charges, even though their device again has failed. Customer service people are all idiots. They say their a team, but no one knows what anyone else is doing. They've hung up on me multiple times, refused to get a manager on the line 12 times I have asked and refused to stay on the line while we (the service canter technicians and myself) try to get their device working. Now my next service date is exactly one week before my uninstall date and they're trying to push uninstall back. DO NOT USE INTOXALOCK!!! There are plenty of other interlock companies out there. Do yourself a favor and check all the reviews before going with one.

Intoxalock is worst devise you can get in market in the beginning they will mention the some amount of charges but moving forward after few months they start charging you extra by weekly and they just say it upto my county but county has nothing to do this and this device ha lag issues it will consume your time before starting the vehicle and sometimes it just stops working and when you connect with customer service they say highly sensitive device 😂 so it can happen sometimes so I were you I will think twice before going with these guys

Complete and total frustration! Had my device installed incorrectly, informed folks at intoxalock device needed to be dual reporting. They sent incorrect work order and it's gotten worse. On August 7th thought things were resolved after a proper calibration for dual reporting. Went to calibrate device on September 27 before an October 1 must calibrate by date and was told I didn't have permission for device to be installed. Huh? Today I have to pay for a tow to get car out of a lockout that the folks at Intoxalock created. It's been insane! They have the worst communication skills i have encountered in a long time! Finally, there is no accountability on their end, it seems as if they could care less. If anybody is thinking of using them as a vendor? DON'T

They lie about pricing once you've signed up your done..they got me at 75.00 USD byweekley and I don't think I can change it after numerous calls to their number and you won't ever be able to talk to their representative..once you pay it's done and you pay more than you bargained for

if i could go lower than 1 star i would! spend hours just waiting to talk to a cust service rep. Why???? with all the horrible reviews a logical practical person would think they would do something about the horrendous wait times.... they have lots of problems.... they send me notices that device needs calibration.... take it in, they cant calibrate because came in too early... this company is run by idiots who could care less about their product or service... they won't be around for long...

Intoxalock has been one of the most frustrating and misleading companies I’ve ever dealt with. The hidden fees, poor customer service, and unclear billing make the whole process feel like a scam. They charge for every little thing — even when the issue is on their end — and the equipment constantly malfunctions. I wish I had read more reviews before signing up. If you’re considering Intoxalock, do your research and be prepared for a lot of unexpected costs and stress.

The worst customer service. They admitted they made an error and still charged me. They do not care about the customer at all. They will charge you everything even when it is their fault. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I used Intoxalock about 2 years ago. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. I got charged more than what I was quoted each month. I got locked out several times for stupid things. Like it getting to hot. Then every time I would have to go have it calibrated which cost even more money. The last time I got locked out I had someone come and remove it from my car because I was tired of constantly paying for it in one form or another.

My vehicle has been disable for 2 days bc of their faulty device. When I called in, they informed me I had to actually be in the vehicle to get assistance. I left work early, went to the vehicle and called them back. I HELD FOR OVER 3 HOURS WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO PICK UP THE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. By that time, after sitting in the vehicle for 2 hours in 100 degree weather, I had gone home - leaving the vehicle sitting where it had been disabled. I was then informed they could not help me bc once again I was not with my vehicle. The girl that answered the phone this time stayed on the line with me while I drove back to my vehicle so we could trouble shoot the problem with the device. The first thing she told me to do was submit a sample which I could not do bc the device was not working. She said you are going to need a new device. Ya think?? She put me on hold while she looked in a 50 mile radius to see if she could find someone to come to me to replace it. By this time it is 8:15pm and everyone is closed. She proceeds to tell me that now I have to call back the next morning to arrange for a tow and to set up an appt somewhere to have the device replaced. Needless to say, I was less than happy that I may have to hold another 3 hours in the morning. So, I call at 8:15am the next morning. Lo and behold the phone is answered quickly this time. She pulls my account up and I explain what happened. She tells me that the girl I spoke to last night did not enter notes in their computer to reflect everything that happened. All she entered into the system was that I called in and would need to return to me vehicle for troubleshooting. She left out the part that she held the line while I drove back to me vehicle and that we already did this. The lady this morning put me on hold while she supposedly spoke to management about this. Mgmt advised that I need to start over and go thru the troubleshooting again. I asked to speak to mgmt. The girl transferred me and the message said that the office was not open yet, so I had to leave a message, which I did 4 hours ago and have not heard from anyone yet. I have also sent numerous emails over the last 2 months via the Intoxalock app regarding not only this issue but a few other things that needed addressed. I have never gotten a reply. Also my payment has gone from $48 every 2 weeks to $65 every 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable customer service! But the sad truth is, I am at their mercy unless I want to change providers. Im not sure if other companies are any better or worse. It gripes my behind that I have a vehicle that is not drivable bc of their faulty equipment and I cant get a return call, return email or a new device without jumping through hoops. The young lady that did not document their system properly should be reprimanded at least and fired if this is not her first offense. This has caused so much stress and I had to leave work early yesterday and will need to leave early today as well. This is the worst customer service I think I have ever experienced. Go somewhere else if you have to have an interlock device!!!! I dont know if another company will be any better or not, but they cant be any worse!!
