Can't understand a word they are saying . Last thing that happened the device just stopped working like no light or anything . They want me to pay to get my car towed to the service center and then pay for the service because their product broke for no reason. You have been warned stay away !!!!”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY ALL COST!! They set you up to fail … I have 2 vehicles. I used LifeSafer on the one, and Intoxalock on the other. I have NEVER had one problem with LifeSafer. On the other hand, I have NEVER had anything but nightmares & headaches with Intoxalock.
Listen, I got a DUI. It was an act of selfishness and carelessness on my part. I deserve the punishment I got, and I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for my actions. And honestly, I think the ‘interlock device’ concept is great in every way.
That said, Intoxalock is a complete scam. It would be impossible for me to cite all the examples from my personal experience. It would require volumes.
All I’ll say is this: AVOID this fraudulent company; Warn others to avoid this fraudulent company; and then, contact the Attorney General in your state and begin seeking legal remedies where this fraudulent company is concerned.

“From the very beginning, I’ve had nothing but problems. The reason they’re so good on trust plot is because they’ll call you back and offer your money back but that does not help all the time and the marks against you you can never get through to customer service you turn off your vehicle get out of the vehicle and it goes off without you being in there they charge you $200 extra to re-calibrate it it happens all the time in the end. I am one month out and they just keep on hit me with tons and tons of charges. They said they were not. They are corrupt do not use them.”

“This company is pathetic I had my device for my full 18 months and had it removed it was a pretty cut and dry process until about two months later I start getting calls from them saying they are sending me to collections, now I try to call and obviously I'm mad it takes me 2 hours to speak to a human being and three transfers later I get hung up in because the guy gets upset that I cut him off, I was never beligerant and when I call back and another 45 min later no one can get me to his supervisor, if you want to deal with the computer the entire time is not had but the humans taking calls are pretty pathetic and will just waste more of your valuable time”

Intoxalock I'm giving you 48hrs to send my compliance report to the dmv or I will call my lawyer. He would be happy to help me given all of the issues I've experienced with your company. There are many.
Intoxalock markets themselves as a company that keeps drunk drivers off of the street and protects the community but they do the opposite. They pray on vulnerable people who are trying to get their lives together and be better people for their families and the community.
Their device is also very difficult to operate while driving it's dangerous.
I had a dui over 5 years ago around Christmas and I haven't had a drink since. I've been doing everything to get my life back on track and this is the last step. I went back to school as a Nursing student. I go to AA, have a sponsor and help with events with AA none of this is court mandated I do it because I want to. I've finished treatment and probation with no issues.
Luckily don't want to drink but if did have the urge I'm sure the stress that this company has put on me would drive me to drink. From what I've heard and read this company drives people to give up on the system and just drive illegally which is really sad because if they were a straight forward company they could to a lot of good but they aren't all they care about is money.
I work at a hospital in medsurg 30 minutes from home. I need my car for work and school. My patients rely on me to be there on time. The device has kept me from finals, job opportunities and other important school things.
It malfunctions all of the time and the company lies non stop! I will give a more detailed review if they don't give me my compliance report!

No one here knows how to do their jobs. You'll fight them for a month after you've finished your required time trying to get it removed. They will nickle and dime you for anything that goes wrong. Dead battery? That's $75. Replaced your battery? That's another $75. Want to have it removed? Call back in 3-4 days, repeatedly.

I tried to contact customer service for literally 1.5 hours and all I got was an automated message telling me how much money I owed them. I emailed customer service and nobody responded. They just took my money and left. This is a deceitful business. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid your company and product. Don't buy anything from them.
