“This was supposed to be picked up on 21st February & delivered on 24th February. Courier did arrive to pick up on the scheduled date but just because he arrived at a time when both the girls were on the phone with customers, he didn't even wait for a while & just decided to leave. Very disappointing!”

“Delivered as per schedule. However, large box was placed on doorstep and left without bell being rung or door being knocked (I actually saw individual walk to the front door and away again without anything being posted through the letterbox- and went to the door to see what was going on). I live on a busy road, if I had been out, every chance box would have been stolen. As I was in it is also very conceivable that the box might have been left there all night as it was around 6pm and if no-one had left the house after then it would have been. Very poor standards.”

“The parcel was left on the front door mat in full view of passers by, the mat was also soaking from the rain so the box was completely destroyed by the time I picked it up. Would not recommend at all.”

“Not very impressed with service on the whole. A parcel that was due to be delivered on Friday was held up in a depot somewhere and not delivered until Monday. This presented a problem with someone not being at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. I phoned direct to change the delivery address as a result of this but the amendment was not actioned. Overall in this instance, poor service”

“Parcel split open and contents exposed. Parcel left on doorstep on a wet day, when there is a small outdoor cupboard in the driveway, which is used for post. Whilst it's good that the courier didn't take toe parcel away again, placing it out of sight and leaving a card would have been the correct thing to do. Brainless.”

“I have always found ipostparcels to be efficient, reliable, and safe. Until the last two months, really. Next day delivery delivered a day late. Morning collection picked up well into the afternoon.”

“We booked and paid for the driver to bring a printed label. He didn't. This caused our customer a great deal of inconvenience and upset. Trying to contact I Post when things go wrong is impossible as they NEVER respond to e-mails either, overall apalling service and VERY unhappy!”

“Normally service is okay but now poor due to latest job. Collection time I paid extra for between 11am & 3pm was completely ignored and it was purely by chance that the parcel was collected at all. Contacted Ipost who refunded my £2 time slot fee. Fine I was owed that anyway but when I asked for a promo code for my next parcel as an apology I was ignored again. Parcel2go provides a much better service. Did you really expect a gleaming review ?”

“I went to depot to collect the parcel which was ripped open with the wrapping in shreads, I was told I could not check the contents and had to accept or reject the parcel on sight from behind the counter and if I accepted it, I would not be able to leave it then. Bizarre customer service - amazing le the contents were I damaged though..”
