IPostParcels a.k.a. "Parcel Pete", a.k.a. U.K.Mail My package has been lost for 45 days forcing me to refund my customer. I have responded to all IpostParcel requests for more information including sending them 1. full description of the parcel contents 2. full description of the box in which the contents were shipped 3. recipients address 4. recipients cell number 5. recipients email 6. recipients landline number 7. google maps directions to the door of the recipient's address 8. eBay item number 9. eBay sold price IPostParcels has NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and to date they have not responded to my 50 emails requesting that they either return the lost package or compensate me for the loss.

Item arrived damaged, I paid extra to insure the package due to it being an expensive item. It was totally mishandled by ipostparcels and trying to make a claim appears to be an arduous task and communication is very poor.

Package was left outside in the rain behind my back gate without a note to tell me. Packaging was soaking wet and fell apart. Luckily package contents were not damaged

Appalling said parcel left in a secure place it was left in a barn and no note sent to let anybody know parcel has gone missing and they refuse to refund me!

Terrible service, it took 7 days to arrive the driver told me it hd been sat in the warehouse for a week and wasn't dispatched until he asked why it was just sat there! This is not the first time I have had a problem with this courier company - stay away if you want your parcel in a timely manner.

Very unhappy with the service. delivery driver did not even knock on my door and had updated the system as 'delivery attempted', not only that but did not post a card further proof that he did not even come to my street,. Had to instead travel 10 miles to nearest depot to collect it myself as I DID NOT TRUST THE DELIVERY DRIVERS TO COME NEXT DAY

Undoubtedly the WORST courier I have ever experienced. Delivered package to the wrong house and allowed the wrong person to sign as ME!! Customer service non-existent. Had to dig very deep just to find a 'phone number. Eventually located a human, who seemed largely indifferent to the problem. AVOID THIS COURIER UNLESS YOU WANT A LOAD OF HASSLE!!

The first time I have used them.... and will never use them again. Appalling service. Failed to collect my parcel at all! Failed to contact me as to why. They have no obvious number to try and reach them. Failed to reply to emails. Has left me demanding a refund, as I was forced to find alternatives. Not impressed at all.

Bad service all round. they don't pick up on time. they don't send any paper work with the drive to collect the parcel it was just luck that my parcel got collected at all as the driver was just meant to deliver a parcel to me NOT collect any they don't reply to any enquires made. they close enquires with out giving you the answer to your enquire. they please there self when they won't to pick up the parcel and tell you the wrong day that the parcel will be picked up. there is no customer service with this company. I will never use ipostparcels again

sender paid for next day delivery for a time crucial part to arrive on saturday and didnt recieve expected items untill monday no explaination given so now stuck with useless parts and no comeback. never going to use or reccomend this company to anyone again

Appalling service! my parcel wasnt delivered i cant get hold of anyone to find out where the hell it is. No one is replying to my emails! i paid £23 for the service and the package is worth £50! i am at the end of my tether as what to do about this!

Payed for next day delivery,parcels where collected together but arrived on 2 separate days well after date payed and arranged,sent emails to yous have never had a response,wanting a refund but clearly yous don't intend getting in touch about it,and the fact I took time off work for that date I'm very much out of pocket.

First time customer. Booked a next day collection and got a text confirming a time slot. No collection. Sent a message. No response. Got a text confirming another collection time the day after. I will not hold my breath. So will not be using them again. Even if you paid me! There needs to be a no star rating. One star is one too many.

i sent two parcels to australia over a month ago, both of which have not been delivered. have emailed ipostparcels 6 times and still have not had a response to tell me what is happening with them. There is no phone number, so trying to get any information out of them is nearly impossible. Will not be using this company again, awful.

Charged twice and have received no reply to my email sent 5 days ago and another one yesterday. Impossible to communicate with! Shall use another provider in future.

Waited in for 12 hours Monday for a collection, that never happened. Booked 2 days earlier, Sent 2 emails, which were never answered. Phoned in the end. They said they do not "do collections, only deliveries from that office, so would have to put a request in to the depot, to find out when a collection may happen". Also maybe even more worrying was that he also said, "we did get a message, saying the driver had said he did not have the paper work, yesterday at 1030 hours, being why the collection was not made". Although they had this information, their web site did not update the information to me, (out for collection) meaning I would not have wasted a further 10 hours, had it just changed its message to read something like...oppps sorry there is a delay, we will not be collecting today. Now awaiting a phone call to see if in fact the parcel will be collected on the day it was promised to be already delivered. All in all not at all promising. I have bought and sold nearly 400 items on ebay, and NEVER had this type of problem from ANY other carrier. ipost GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PLEASE.
