Original parcel label did not have my full (work) address on. Nor my name. So delivery failed. I received no notification of this. I had to ask sender for tracking details. The UK Mail online tracking system was not clear - it stated parcel was at delivery location *and* that recipient had rearranged delivery, when neither was true. I called UK Mail (on hold for 15 minutes) and re-arranged delivery, and gave my full address. But following day they failed to deliver the parcel to me, and instead delivered to my work post room. Again, full address was absence - I think UK Mail's system cannot cope with non-standard addresses, so extra details are put on label as 'Special instructions' which delivery drivers then ignore / don't understand. My name was also absence from the redelivery (despite me confirming everything on the phone the day before). They had managed to put my phone number on though, which is how my work post room tracked me down.

I have received a couple of parcels from IPost, one of them had to be chased up and i received a next day delivery over a week late! The second one was broken and a replacement was sent, the deliver driver actually THREW a clearly marked FRAGILE parcel at me! I have tried to contact IPost to complain as of yet no luck!

Still waiting for my parcel to be picked up since last Friday !!! My Daughter paid for this out of her pocket money to send to her half Sister in Ireland ... Have had no contact from them at all despite sending several emails ... and the money was taken from my Daughter's account !!!! Not happy with this service at all !!!

I bought a xmas jumper for a friend and requested that it be posted to her as she lives in Scotland and I wasn't sure if I would make it up there before xmas. The jumper was posted to MY home address. What was the point.

Absolutely abysmal service. Don't collect parcels on specified date meaning the term 'Next Day Delivery' is a completely load of bollocks. Their 'customer service' (and I use that term in the loosest possible fashion) is really quite astoundingly bad. They don't even have a phone number for you to call them on. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SERIOUSLY.

Why was my parcel not collected, I am a new customer and i booked a collection and delivery service for 3 parcels to be collected yesterday on the 18-11-14, i waited in all day and no one turned up to collect the parcels i have emailed and phoned, after being on hold for 45 mins spoke to some one who said a collection attempt was made at 5 pm but no one was home, (I was in all day) so not only is the service poor your staff appear to be liars as well , very disappointed with this service. This is not a very good first impression to make on a new customer. I had to drop the parcels off my self this morning even though i had paid for a collection service, because i could not waist another day waiting in for a collection that may or may not happen. (what a rip off)

Courier never arrived to collect my parcel after waiting in all day for them and I am still waiting for my refund. Can't get anyone on the phone and they won't return my emails. AVOID!!

I am a new customer and i booked a collection and delivery service for 3 parcels to be collected today on the 18-11-14, i waited in all day and no one turned up to collect the parcels i have emailed in phoned with no response as of yet, very disappointed with this service. This is not a very good first impression to make on a new customer.

I have a door bell that sounds like bigben and is very loud.The delivery was made in the morning,the driver did not ring the door bell but put my delivery outside at the corner of my home and left a note in the door to say that he had done so. I was not happy with as it was a wet day and was not aware of the note till the afternoon

I came home last night only to be informed by my neighbour that my parcel had just been left on my doorstep! I don't even have a front garden and my door is on a public path so anyone could have stolen the parcel if they had wanted to. I was lucky that my neighbour came home for lunch and spotted it. Disgusting service!

We were out. The parcel was left in front of the house in full view from the street. It was not signed for as we were out. The parcel was a brand new Nintendo wii u. Worth a few quid. Could have been stolen, NOT GOOD!!

Too exhausted by their appalling service to write much at the moment. Avoid, avoid, AVOID like the plague. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL PARCELS UNCOLLECTED - this has happened three times now (why oh why did I use them again?!). The latest uncollected parcels have been waiting four days. LOST PARCELS - good luck claiming the money back! So dreadful. Never again.

5 weeks after booking a next day delivery, parcel still has not reached its destination. It has however been delivered to the wrong address twice. How this is possible is beyond belief. Their customer service is..... there is no customer service. They have no contact number to call only a message service which says customer services will contact you asap, which never happens. UK mail have contact number but only inform you to contact ipostparcels customer services after being on hold for 30mins. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE AS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THEY DONT HAVE A PROCEDURE TO SORT THEM OUT.

NIGHTMARE!! They admit their IT problem caused problem but still fail to collect parcel. They clearly don't even read the email messages properly, same standard reply Twice, leaving me out of pocket and no parcel delivered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Due to cheap service, i have booked ipostparcel from online, which cost me pain less days until it delivers. It is international parcel to malaysia, when i email them about delivery date there is noreply from customer service and when i check the status in online it say delayed and but no information and delivery date is extended. Concerns: 1. No reply from customer service. 2. No information about delay. 3. International parcel i have booked for 3-4 days service but it shows 7-8 days after i have booked. 4. No phone line service to contact customer care only they have is UK Mail..it put me holds for 40mins on phone but no luck to connect. Its disgraceful service i ever used, Please avoid this company.

I have never in my whole life, experienced a more stressful, or disgraceful service than when I used i post parcels. They didn't turn up to pick my consignment on 13 Nov 2014, but you can't speak to anybody, and when you email them, they do not reply to your emails, even though this is the only way to contact them. It's now 4 days later and I have still received no reply The organisation is a disgrace, totally inept and has no concept of customer care or service. I would rather have all my toenails pulled out with pliers, whilst strapped to a bonfire naked with knitting needles stuck into my eyes, than ever have to use i post parcels again. Avoid this company like you'd avoid a plague. At least you stand a small chance of recovering from a plague. NB - i post parcels is a subsidiary on-line company of UK Mail, I also spoke to 4 of their agents/operatives and received no help whatsoever. UK Mail must take responsibility for the running of i post parcels, I know I'm not the only person to have experienced this complete shambles of a service, from this so called major UK courier company. I wouldn't trust them to deliver the contents of my grandson's nappy.

Paid extra for my £440 package to be collected between 8am & 1pm - package was collected at 3pm???? Paid for Saturday delivery as this was a matter of emergency, received an automated message saying the package was basically still on the drivers van and that it wont be delivered until monday!!! Now i have an upset customer and a £440 package floating around UKFail somewhere! All the positive reviews on here are fake, this is the real UKMail (Post Parcels)

I have used this courier 5 times and they have let me down on 4 of those occassions. The final nail in the coffin was when I ordered a collection for Moday and the driver didn't even turn up until Thursday! In the meantime I had to drive the parcel an hour away because my customer was desperate for the parcel. Still awaiting a refund. Also, I think they have no phone number for a reason and thats because they get too many complaints. I will not be using them again!

Absolutely terrible. Used this company to arrange a Morning collection (which costs extra) for a customer. Driver didnt attempt to collect until mid afternoon. Upon contacting ipost (which is email only) all i got was "Generic sorry copy and paste text, we will refund you; we dont really care that we have had a negative affect on your business or your customers, cheers" Do not use!
