Collections do not seem to factor in UK Mails repertoire. 21 days for them to collect an item and deliver it back is in my opinion extremely poor. In fact in anyones opinion really. Communication needs to be addressed too between departments and also re-training of customer service on taking ownership of the issues!

I have a small online business and use Ipost to send out many of my packages. Over the past three weeks i have had to open no less than 16 Contact Us form cases due to issues with delivery and non collection. This has caused my poor customer feedback and affected the reputation of my business. I would seriously advise against using Ipost if you have a business of your own. Unfortunately these delivery companies are an extension of our business when we use them so when things go wrong we look just as bad as they do. I think ill be taking my business elsewhere, i advise you to do the same.

Horrible service, arranged for 3 packages to be collected on a Tuesday for next day delivery. Packages were not collected until the Thursday and then sat in the delivery warehouses for 5 days without even a delivery attempt. Had to contact Ipost using their Email contact forms because there is no phone number. All the 5 star reviews on here are fake. Beware, Ipost a cheap for a reason! UK Mail are Ipost so UK mail customers get the main service and Ipost customers get the dregs and leftovers, dont expect good things from this company because you wont get it.

Despite requesting online delayed delivery until Monday of next week, the first item was delivered as per the original schedule. Then 2 further parcels delivered whilst we were away. All 3 parcels left outside. Luckily, they were still there when we arrived home today. Frankly, I think your company is irresponsible and I would certainly not recommend ipost parcels to anyone.

on two occasions I have been told that parcels have been delivered when they had not. No note and no explanation. Impossible to get through on phone Sent an email Received an acknowledgement that case was opened and then 3 minutes later another e mail saying the case was closed. Phones UNDERSTAFFED e mails NONSENSE LONG WAY TO GO BEFORE THEY CAN BE TRUSTED RECOMMENDATION ONLY USE THEM IF YOU CAN INSURE YOUR CONSIGNMENT IN SOME WAY

My parcel had been squashed despite being well wrapped and the goods inside were damaged. The damage to the box was more than obvious but no note was left by the delivery driver. Very poor service.

Very poor service u can it would be delivered next day and when I ring u I get told I would defo have it 2 days after then ring me 2 say it would be 3 days after so I would not use you any more

OVER 2 MONTHS AND STILL NOTHING! I HAVE CONTACTED 4 TIMES AND STILL NO REPLY ABOUT THE VOUCHER CODES I AM OWED. IVE SPENT OVER £100 IN A MONTH AND I AM OWED PRE-PAID TOP UP REWARDS IT DOESNT MATTER HOW GREAT OR SMALL THE REWARD IS FOR TOPPING UP CERTAIN AMOUNTS BUT DO NOT ADVERTISE THAT YOU REWARD CUSTOMERS THAT YOU DO IF YOU CANT STICK TO IT! REALLY ANNOYED

Worst delivery company ever, waited two days for them to pick up a next day parcel, notes on the website said they were unable to locate my address??? What the hell, this is a world wide delivery company and they cant locate a domestic house address? Id think twice about using these again!

Took twice as long to deliver and never returned promised calls for information despite me ringing several times and waiting 20 minutes each to speak to a human, appalling service.

Booked and paid for next day collection and my parcel was not picked up. Couriers tried making out they had been but no one was in but my Customer was waiting all day and night and no card was received through their door. Customer Service non existent have to deal with UK Mail who are possibly the worst customer service I have come across. All phone calls at my expense, very un-helpful and couldn't be bothered to help me out. Nearly lost business through this but customer agreed to wait one more day. When they finally turned up it was 9.20pm even though it was supposed to be between 8.00am - 18.00. Not a reasonable time to be knocking on someone's door. Complained to ipostparcels but all they have done is close my complaint as the parcel has been delivered. No explanations or apologies..very poor and will not be using item again.

I had a delivery from this company last week and the driver threw it over our gate, so i came home to a soggy cardboard box, thankfully the item wasn't broken. Yesterday the driver put my delivery inside the wheelie bin with all the rubbish. Absolutely disgusting service, if nobody is in why not leave it with a neighbour if they are to lazy to re-deliver.

The package was left in my front yard in full view of the street! It is an expensive item which could have been damaged in the rain or stolen.

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered the next day as I had paid for guaranteed next day delivery . I needed this for a fancy dress party on Saturday night and it was not delivered till the Monday . I would not use this courier again . Let me down badly .

Extremely poor service you ever get from anywhere, Ii have experienced twice, first I have book for delivery to USA, they turned up after week, after cheasing them for collection, second time it went more worse, I book delivery for UK address, same city, apt wo weeks passed but no response nothing from them, I have to go to paypal for full refund, Only got this service if you got plenty time for cheasing them, and there is nothing important you want to send, or if your money and time doesn't worth.

THE WEBPAGES SEEM TO BE FAULTY cant enter in to the contact us any symbol i keep getting this Please ensure the following are correct: Invalid Enquiry detail. Only letters, numbers, spaces and '.,?!£%-+@ characters are allowed. the company has no phone support AND apparently the tracking service seems to not show international info I HAVE YET to discover this the company is CHEAP you expect CHEAP then use it .. i dont think i can again

The collection part of the service was absolutely dreadful. Days went past with ipost claiming that they'd called to collect with no physical evidence left that they'd ever actually been to the address and the package just sitting there waiting. Even claimed to have collected it when it was still sitting there. Delivery part was very quick and efficient, but by then it was about a week late. I couldn't recommend this service to anyone and would be reluctant to use it again myself.

Big thumbs down - had to chase delivery - never taken out of depot until I followed up 8 days after it was supposed to be delivered - e.mails that seem to go nowhere - and are not answered by a human? Phone lines you hang onto at own expense for 15 minds plus a time with no body answering - -after 20 mins on Saturday morning I finally managed to speak to someone who could not tell me why the system of delivery had failed but managed to get my parcel out to me - it arrived yesterday - luckily contents not damaged even though the box was Crushed significantly! Sorry not very impressed

Ordered package for next day delivery for a 25th Anniversary. Form said package would be collected Friday and delivered Saturday. Actually arrived Monday. Really difficult contacting the company and getting any info from them. No refund either!! Hope others get better service and communication from them, will be looking elsewhere in future.
