Parcel was not delivered, tracking info was marked as "left at front door" yet nothing was left. What's more I was home at the time of the alleged delivery amd nobody knocked on my door, I called to find out where my parcel was and as told somebody would call back the next day, that was 2 days ago and nobody has got back to me I still don't have my parcel

Yesterday we had a delivery which was actually our wedding favours for our wedding. But I cannot believe they were just left outside our front door! This was truly unacceptable considering this was meant to be a signed for delivery and anyone could have stolen the package. I found service completely unacceptable and wouldn't recommend using your service ever again. Your sincerely. Sean Pritlove

Worst company I've ever dealt with. 2 days in a row they haven't turned up to collect the parcel. Contacted via email and had now response. Getting extremely angry. Was on the phone for 30 mins and didn't get through ended up being cut off.

Card Ref: 4127728 - The parcel was left behind bin on 02.12.14 at 1330 I am not happy at all as the parcel was left outside the house behind the wheelie bin as no one was at home that particular time which is unacceptable. There was a strong possibility of losing the parcel as anyone could see the incident and can take unprecedented action. Please ensure not to re-occurrence of this kind of customer service! Thank you.

Man could not be bothered to knock as he said could not see alight on. So put card through letter box luckily heard him saved my own collection.

The parcel was left on the doorstep in full view of the road. Just lucky it wasn't stolen! The apology was also somewhat lacking!

Your delivery driver was very rude and intimidating. Also behaved in a very aggressive manor. I do not want him to deliver any morearcely to me. I'm in diss, ip22 2pz so you know what driver it was.

I have now received 2 messages regarding a delivery, when nothing has actually arrived! So at the moment im not sure what was due to be delivered and by whom as over the last few weeks I ordered a few items from the Internet and I'm struggling to work out which item should have been delivered by yourselves. For the time stated for delivery I did see a company van drive past my house, but it delivered to another address in Tuffley and not mine (40 Streamside, Tuffley) so at this moment I can only assume that someone else at a different address took receipt of my item. Until I can work out which item hasn't arrived I can't sort it out But I would however appreciate a call to resolve this ASAP Regards Raili Worthington 07714091799 40 Streamside Tuffley Gloucester GL4 0TA

Have sent 4 parcels with them in the last 2 weeks. 1st parcel arrived damaged and I had to pay for the return as the buyer did not want it. No refund of any kind, was just told its not their fault. 2nd parcel arrived 2 days later then date booked for, again no discount in price for next day delivery. 3rd parcel arrived ok. 4th Parcel, was only collected 2 days after the booking date instead of next day, no phone call, no notice of the delay, nothing.. Still waiting for the 4th parcel to be delivered... Going on 4 days now.. and have paid for next day delivery

Very in professional leaving my parcel on the doorstep for anybody to steal as I didn't get in till 10 o'clock at night very sloppy service

Item not collected, on 24th still not collected by the 2nd. Even after giving directions and phone numbers driver couldn't be bothered to phone. Had to use another courier to collect. No appologies and no response from emails. On phoning uk mail the girls were very helpful but a gentleman I spoke to was very unhelpful he's just said it was a ipost parcels. to contact them through email.but when you do it takes 2 days for them to respond. I have only sent 43 items using this service, They have lost 2 laptops and failed to collect one. No compensation no apologies nothing unfortunatly we can't use this service as there is no after sales support. And no contact in a emergancy.

Item not delivered and online tracker states item went to a neighbour. None of my neighbours have received the parcel and nor do they go by the name of Iqbal, the name of the alleged neighbour. Online service doesn't even state the door number the item went to and I was at home at the time they state item delivered. No contact number so I would never use this company due to it being incompetent.

I booked and paid extra to have a pre 12 am delivery on Friday 28th and the parcel arrived on Monday 1st Dec. No notification that it would be late. Disappointing!

appauling customer or none existant customer service last 3 parcels delivered late tried to message them never get reply dont use them they are rubbish

USELESS Parcel not delivered, no answer for to e-mails and they don't publish a telephone number. Spend a couple of pounds more and use UPS. Worth every extra penny.

we booked a parcel collection, to which it didn't happen, contacted ipostparcels on two occasions - no response at all... will not be using this service again. VERY POOR SERVICE, do not use...

I tried to book a collection and delivery on line, after using PayPal to pay ipostparcels Web site crashed. I logged back in to find order had been paid by PayPal but ipostparcels Web page was still waiting for payment. I emailed and got no reply. Ended up having to phone on multiple occasions to get problem fixed. Eventually received parcel which was 5 days late. The sender eventually had to deliver the parcel to a depot as it had not been picked up after 2 collections were not honoured. Ended up getting a partial refund due to bad service. When I log in to my account the order still says delayed even although it has been delivered! I would not use this company again!

Parcel due on Saturday but then updated to say delivery "rearranged by recipient" this was not true. I spent my day Saturday waiting for it. When delivery came Monday asked the driver why this was and he just shrugged his shoulders. Too tired maybe??????

Ridiculous courier company operate as a ghost and you can never get hold of them when there is a trouble and doesn't respond to email as promised.
