rubbish service. rubbish customer sevice. please dont not use them read th reviews wish i had before i booked two parcels with them with presents for my grandson, who lives in portugal, for xmas. Wanted them delivevered to his mom who was in london on works bussiness, paid for specific pick up time and all extras, did no arrive to pickup parcel in allotted time , emailed to say was woried they not picked up half hour before time ran out no reponse! emailed again half hour after latest time should have been picked up, no response! emailed further 3 times still waitin 24 hrs later for any response!!! althouh my daughter has had a txt saying the parcel might be delayed , strange that because i drove a round 300mile trip last nite to delivery them so my grandson wouldnt be missing out. A driver did arrive at around 4-45pm saying he hadnt been told about the pickup till 1-30 pm although i did book a 8am to 1pm time slot. with no confidence in the firm i decided to make sure the parcels got there and delivered them myself driving back at 2am in the morning Any sort of reponse would have been nice at least would have known where we stood.

Waited all day for my parcel then i decided to ring around 1500hrs to see what's the hold up they told me don't worry it will be with you before 2000hrs anxious at 1850 still no sign checked online to see parcel has been delayed now im angry ring again they said SORRY parcel has now been returned to deport as the driver missed you f%#^%^%%^ anyways i told them i will pick it how far is give me the postcode quickly put it in my google maps and guess what only 5 mins away rushed there only to wAit 45mins for my parcel.

Took payment then never turned up to collect parcel, didn't answer any communication.

The guy who deliverd was rude and bossy he could have done with a lesson on how to deal with customers poor service

I havent got my parcel but I do have a card through my door from i post parcels saying it has been left with a neighbour. The card doesn't say which neighbour and so far none have come forward, the card also doesn't point to the transaction or seller in any way and as I've had multiple parcels delivered it is confusing to say the least, so overall pretty shody service.

This is the first time ive ever left a negative review for any company, Ive used the company quite a few times and most of the time with no problems. Unfortunately when you do have a problem your only means of communication is via the message service. Which they say on the site a response will be usually be within 3 hours. You are lucky if you get a response within 3 days or even at all. And when you finally get a response its a lie. On 3 occasions my parcels have not been collected on the day i selected and the response you finally receive is the driver tried to collect, i always leave my parcels for collection in my front porch,so don't even have to be home and when ive asked the driver on every occasion he said the job was not his sheet, so someone not been honest. On one occasion the collection was 3 days late. My latest problem which i still haven't received a reply too, the first of four messages sent 30 hours ago (3 hour response haha). The problem is i imported an ebay sale, i checked the item was correct but after printing the label i noticed the name was different, it had transferred an address from a different sale in error. So looks like ill have to pay again and hopefully may get a refund in 3 months. Will never use again after this. BE WARNED.

After goods collected from sender on the 12th Nov and promised delivery everyday since on a daily basis only for it to be changed time and time again and now on the 24th Nov and still not having received a vital engine component , I would not rely on this carrier to deliver a rubber dog turd . This company is the most unreliable I have ever had dealings with , zero communication skills and constantly having to wait on hold on average 30 mins every phone call and promised return calls only for that to never happen, and not the first time either . Extremely poor service and would advise anyone else to use a different more reliable carrier !

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN THE WORLD EVER. DAMAGED MY PARCEL, EVERY TIME I FILL OUT A CLAIM REQUEST ONLINE I GET AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYING THEY ARE PLEASED THAT THEY HAVE CLOSED MY CASE. I HAVE A DAMAGED PARCEL AND THEY DONT CARE AND DONT ANSWER EMAILS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Had 2 large parcels so they contracted them out to parcel Pete. Had a text every morning for 6 days DIDNT TURN UP ONCE!!! complaining is very very difficult as they give you a complaint code & say they will contact you within 24 hours...... Then NOTHING ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Parcel left under rear of car, in the open. Fortunately I got home before it started raining. If I had been away for a few days, the package would have been ruined. I will avoid buying from any seller who says they use this service.

Do yourself. Favour and avoid like the plague, i paid £16 for a next day deliver parcel and surprise surprise it hasnt turned up! False advertising at its best!

Booked a parcel for collection on Thursday 13th November for collection next day and delivery on Monday. No one turned up to collect it on Friday. Over the weekend booked the second parcel for collection on Monday, the driver arrived on Monday afternoon to collect just one parcel which was booked over the weekend he had no instruction to collect the parcel booked on Thursday, nevertheless he collected it with the assurance that it would be delivered next day, its been several days since then this parcel has not been delivered so far, the worst of them all is their customer service, I sent several messages but they never never replied to any of my messages, call them and they never never pick up the phone you are always in a unending que. I would rather pay more money to anther company to deliver my parcel then to give it to them and this the second time it happened.

This item was ordered on 7th November, contacted seller who said you collected item for delivery on 10th November and it didn't arrive until 20th November!!!! Not very good service in my book

I am not impressed by the service I received. Unfortunately, I was not at home when my parcel was delivered. The driver left it on my doorstep, barely hidden by a small pot plant. I have plenty of neighbors that my parcel could have been left with. Or the parcel could have been placed behind, or in my bin and a card put through my door.

Don't bother paying for the express service. I did and asked for a 8am-1pm collection, it is now 5pm nobody has collected my oracle, I spent 30 minutes on the phone to them this afternoon too with no response!!!!! I would never use this company again!!!!

DO NOT USE This is going to be an honest review. They are cheap for a reason, they are useless. I arranged for a parcel to be collected. This bit went ok. The courier picked it up and put a label on it. This is what I paid them to do. All well so far. It went to their depot in cardiff, from hear it was meant to go to ABINGDON and then delivered somewhere between Cardiff and Abingdon the package disappeared. They have a record of it leaving their depot but not arriving. Have tried their call centre, eventually you get to speak to someone that cannot tell you anything. Ipost operate via the email and do not take calls. This is for a reason as they are useless. So far I have emailed them everyday for three weeks and nobody gets back to me with any useful information. They really are best avoided as they do not have any contact details and do not respond to their own complaints handling system. I would recommend you use other services. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had a parcel which i paid for next day delivery, yet it was picked up 3 days late. When i tried tracking it the online tracker did not work. Ebay needed to track the parcel too and that was impossible. Near to non existent customer support. If you are not going to have telephone support which should be a minimum, at least empty your email box so you can receive emails. In addition to the exceptionally poor customer support their web site was buggy. I would not use them again and have advised my associates to do likewise. They should be renamed CROSSYOURFINGERSDELIVERIES.com

don't ever turn up to collect items that have been payed for by customers now once again I have to refund them 6 times in the last 3 months ipost have let me down waste of time and money.
