Even though the money has been taken the parcel has not been picked up. Raised a case , no reply. Very bad service I will not use them again.

International parcel was supposed to be picked up on 10/12/14, even had email in the morning giving a 1 hour time slot but it was a no show. Had similar emails the following 2 days but both no shows. The company ignores emails and when I telephoned them they said I needed to phone another number which, surprise, surprise was not answered. Stay away from this company, they steal your money and don't bother trying to put things right. S Charman

it took 20 days and 2 attempts and numerous emails to finnally get my parcel delivered.i got a refund the first time and a promise my item would be delivered in 48 hrs for free. never happened!! i had to re order it myself. if this company wasnt so cheap i would not use them again.

DO NOT USE!!! Customer service shocking. They do not respond to email at all!!!. While arranging for parcel to be delivered to Finland. Got to section on website where pay. Payment went through then their website crashed and I was given a ref. number and told to contact them via email. Did not get through to part where get labels, consignment no, which is section after payment! However, the payment of £17.69 was definitely taken from my bank account. After numerous emails to them via their website - no response at all. This is 2 weeks later!! DO NOT USE THEM - NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!!!!

booked for collection and no-one showed up, logged online to find it said my parcel had been collected even though it is still sat in my house. No contact number to get hold of anyone. Very poor service and definately wont be using again.

I think the customer service team must spend there day on here writing fake reviews because the service is shocking. Nobody turned up to collect the parcel yesterday. All emails ignored. Eventually found the phone number - rang several times to be told "we can't help you". iPost - You have my money, wheres your part of the bargain??

I booked for they come take my delivery yesterday and they didn't come. They give the time of delivery 5-6days and gave the indication that my delivery will be arrive 9days, if it was collected yesterday!

My item was left on my front door step from, according to your delivery text between 8.34 and 9.34 am on10-12-14... My wife and my self were at work so sadly missed the delivery but there was not even a card through the letterbox to say that there had been a delivery or even where it had been left.....

The parcel was delivered to a neighbour but I wasn't informed which one as no card was left at my house!

If you have a problem with them, such as damage parcel, lost, delayed or any kind of problem, forget about it. You won't be able to get any solution, compensation or even an apologize... THEY JUST DON'T CARE. You can't call them so you can send them as many emails as you want, they will keep sending you an automated email giving you case number and saying that they will answer you shortly. After one week and several emails, my parcel is lost, I lost £100 plus £19 for a sh** service and I know I won't get any compensation. They are just a scam. Don't go for them.

very very bad experience with this company, I have been using this service for my small business for about 1 year, some of my problems are listed below; parcel didn't leave the depot you dropped your parcel to, parcel didn't leave the delivery depot so no chance of next day delivery my parcel was loaded on to the wrong vehicle and ended up on the wrong side of the country my parcel was left on my customer door step in the rain, i paid for a signature and this is what i got, my customer was very angry as it was expensive goods they refund you hardly anything which is not fair when you pay for nextday and doesn't get there next day my customer had to drive 25miles to the depot to collect parcel as delivery driver forgot to take out on his round getting in touch with ipost is a nightmare, overall i would say at least this is a very poor service and not worth paying for.

Been waiting for a collection since 5th December. They've notified me of a collection every working day. Today is the 11th. Are they not collecting it because they have nothing to deliver to my village? (a very big one). Didn't have this problem with interparcel, how I wish interparcel's website wasn't down the day I placed my order. I've given a deadline for collection, then I'm cancelling. Fortunately I can wait to place an order with somebody else after Christmas. But is very inconvenient having to find space for a large parcel which is a photographic exhibition at my house. Unfortunately the in-town gallery isn't open all business hours.

Worst company I ever had to deal with. After one week they still didn't collect my parcel. Write 4 emails and they didn't even reply to me, and you can't call them because they don't want to be contact. Worst experience ever. They are companies a bit more expensive but they are far better, if you have a problem you can call them and straight away they will find you a solution.

I can't believe how poorly I've been treated ! No collection , Booked twice , Spoke to depot , promised collection and phone call pre - arrival . Neither Happened - I'm a very embarassed business seller who hasn't fulfilled delivery requirements - I will never use this awful service again .

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST !!! 1ST THE PARCEL WAS COLLECTED BEFORETHE SPECIFIED PICK UP TIME . 2ND THE PARCEL WAS MISROUTED TO THE WRONG DEPOT . 3RD THE PARCEL ARRIVED WITH THE CONTENTS BADLY DAMAGED . 4TH NO COMPENSATION FOR INCONVENIENCE OR DAMAGE AS THE PARCEL CONTENTS WAS A PIECE OF FURNITURE NOT INCLUDED IN THE COMPENSATION CATEGORY . 5TH BLUNT APOLOGY NO COMPENSATION .

No collection on the 5th Dec or 8th Dec or 9th Dec. On the 4th Dec, some days after I had booked my collection I received an email from them knocking the competitors saying one was 5 working days late delivering. But ipostparcels is on time right up to Christmas delivering and collecting according to the email. Oh yeah? I see there are a lot of complaints about collections, and on their own website they filter out the bad reviews. Today my husband had to wait in all morning as the collection time was sent to me after I'd gone out and I couldn't call him to tell him it was an evening collection as I was invigilating an exam. I didn't believe for one moment that it would be collected and I was right.

no contact numbers , have lost a valuable item with various different excuses will not respond with a reasonable answer will not except my claim as they have removed the order history from my account very unhappy ex customer
