Their is a big problem, my seven international parcels are lost which I have dropped myself to their Trafford depot, I have contacted them several time but they do not bother to reply. This is part of UK mail but if you will contact UK mail they said they do not know anything about them and ipost parcel can only be contacted by via which they do not reply. Since last week tracking of the parcels are showing collected but now no information is available on tracking.

Yesterday I have received a text saying that my parcel will be delivered between 11.45-12.45, so I got home 11.40 just to found out I was carded as the courier turned up at 11.17. Tried to call the driver yesterday and today, but won't return the call. Today I have received email saying my parcel was delivered yesterday and asking for feedback?! Still waiting for my parcel to be delivered!

Package was left in the bin.. It was a card package with food on it. Bin was wet and dirty so obviously not the best combination. It was the first attempt of delivery and I wasn't given the chance or the permission to allow it to be left anywhere else ..

This is the most, useless, ridiculous, rude, shameless and enjoying company I had ever to deal with. Do you want to know why they can offer so cheap prices? Because if there is any problem, there is no any compensation, if a parcel is delayed days and days, they don’t know and they don’t care, and if is lost, forget about it, they won’t reply, and no matter how many emails or calls you do, they will wait until you get tired. Don’t trust this reviews, they have many employees with the duty to write good reviews. Just read some real blogs. They are a Scam.

My package was meant to be delivered and signed for by me only. Not dropped off at a neighbours house. Not only was the package dropped off somewhere other then my address... It was no where we knew! Not even a neighbour! The delivery man didn't even ring our door bell as I was by the door all day and didn't even post a card. I made three very long calls to customer services but they NEVER got back to me regarding my package. The delivery man clearly just dropped this off at the first available house which was nowhere near ours! Terrible service!!! Worst ever!!!

Terrible experience. Parcel still not arrived after 9 days. Customer service do not respond to email enquiries and when you manage to find a number to call them, you sit on it for half an hour before being fobbed off with a non-committal 'promise' that the parcel is on the van. The last call, they had the cheek to give me UK Mail's customer support number, which when I called, after waiting in another 20 minute queue, told me I could only go through IParcels as I had booked the package through them!! Appalling. Obviously I wont be using these people again. Dont use them if you want someone to turn to when things go wrong, as they offer no support or ownership whatsoever.

10 days waiting for a delivery to france am writing this while waiting 35 mins on the line for a customer service representative, cases oppened and closed without a response to me. I will never use them again.

Got two emails and two texts saying being picked up between 1706. And 1806 ,paid extra for pick up between one and six pm l wife comes home at midday a ticket saying sorry we missed you already on the floor , still haven't beenicked up and no reply as yet to my emails from customer care , my grand children's xmas presents are sat in my house still ,why just turn up randomly after We paid for a pick up between 1 and 6 pm , , and what's theoint sending emails and texts with a time if you don't show ,,,

Was given a UKmail tracking code which when followed up was stated as having been delivered. Was not delivered to my address! Case opened via website and immediately closed as they stated nothing to do with them!!!! Was asked to go to Postparcels! Opened a case with them. Radlett depot uncontactable by phone! No reply from customer service. AVOID AS THE CUSTOMER COMES LAST!!!! Costing a fortune in phone calls

To date......service has been disappointing. Despite being told to stay in 3 times,promised a phone,none of which has happened. Cannot be put through to talk to anyone, parcel value inc postage over 200 pounds. Has been delivered to the wrong address twice......what more can I say?

The parcel I received yesterday was very badly damaged and I believe it was bady handled during transportation. Photos have been taken of the damaged package and can be provided if required. Therefore I can't give a good feed back.

delivery driver who just delivered my parcel was extremely rude!! and would of happily left my parcel on the doorstep if i wasnt quicker to get the door!

Sorry but very dissapointed. 4 attempts, phone calls and 2 emails before my battered cardboard box arrived. Was told i would have to sign for it but driver didnt have anything with him...

Well where do i begin... disgrace is being polite. Not a courier service as never delivered. Yet decided to sign for it using my name FAYEBBB. No note or card left to say where the parcel was left. Now trying to track down the package and being told its left behind bins which is another lie. Not what I expect from a courier service. VERY POOR is an understatement. Now having to work with the nice gentlemen that I brought it from to try and get some information form yourselves to where my parcel is. This is also hard work as no help from the driver. WHERE IS MY PARCEL? Very dissatisfied customer hoping for some kind of compensation for the stress and my parcel delivered to me.

Delivered to wrong address. Called you to discuss it it. Promised a call back - no call back. Called again and promised Saturday delivery. No Saturday delivery. It arrived Monday. Not very good!!!

Item,never arrived for 2 weeks,it also said it had been delivered on your website,I then tried to phone your Glasgow depot but it dose not have a contact number, I would never use your service.very poor.

Picked up on the 25th November now the 16th December , ipost say item delayed then sending back then delivering then giving compensation then 4 different consignment numbers. I think they would be better running a joke shop, poorest courier service I ever ever used I would not advise anyone to use these jokers.
