My parcel was meant to have been delivered last Tuesday between 5.30pm and 6.30pm, which it wasn't . On the Wednesday I telephoned and was put on a waiting list I waited 10 mins and had to hang up finally on my third time and after waiting 20mins my call was answered , I was firstly told the driver could not find me, and then the telesales lady said the driver was at my house at 5.50 pm but everything was locked up, my husband was in the house, I was then told Thursday was the next delivery, but he never turned up. I then had to phone the supplier and he was told firstly they were signed by a Deborah ( no such person), but they were in Aberdeen depot. I was then told after a further 20mins wait on the telephone on Monday morning the company would phone me within one and half hours to arrang delivery ,after 2 hours I checked my emails where a message was left the boots would be delivered between 5.20pm and 6.20pm, my husband then saw the delivery man around 2pm !! At least the delivery is here.

Terrible service. Nobody has bothered to come and collect my parcel, there is no contact telephone number, and its now outside office hours so I won't get a reply to my email. They are almost two hours late - its after 7pm so I don't believe anyone will show up today. I will cancel my order and request a refund. Extremely unimpressed. Will this review will be shown on the Review section of the ipostparcels website? Perhaps not.

Just like the company, don’t trust this reviews. Check reviews out their website and you will see the real score that they got.

I booked an 05/12 collection on 01/12, the parcel wasn't collected. On 08/12 I got an email and text stating it would be collected between 2 and 3 this afternoon. I later got a response to the complaint I posted on 05/12, saying 'I can confirm that I have contacted the depot to ensure your consignment is collected today' . Oh no it wasn't! The parcel is in the boot of my car as it is too large to keep in the hallway for even a few hours, never mind days. So now I have to borrow my husband's car to get to my part-time job and rely on him to stay at home for the collection.

first of all , I paid extra £2 for 8am -1pm collection on 25/10/2014, driver failed to turn up, i delivered the parcel to depot, the parcel is suppose to take 3-4day to arrive in Malaysia according to your website, but the status on website showed DELAYED 26/10/2014, never updated since, I called UK mail, they ask me to send the email to Ipost, i did, sent couple of emails to them to request the status of my parcel, but no one even bother to reply.

Next day delivery didn't materialise as paid for. Contact emails are unanswered and calls to UK Mail drop off depot diverted to answerer phone. Am still waiting delivery 4 days later. Useless !!

IPostParcels took my parcel and my money. IPostParcvels LOST my parcel and they KEPT my money. IPostParcels refuses to respond to my claim for my lost item. I have filled out DOZENS of request forms on their website AND I have even sent them a "signed for" letter via Royal Mail. THREE MONTHS LATER... I have received NOTHING.

Never again, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. I submitted 4 enquiries / complaints yesterday 5th December after my collection was not made, I was at home the whole time. No emails, texts, phone calls to explain non-collection. The website says submitted queries are normally answered in 3 hours. Well it's 26 hours after I submitted the first one. I hung on to a 'customer advice line' for 18 minutes yesterday only to be told they were an out-sourced call centre only dealing with deliveries! I ran the nearest depot number today, another long wait. They say the parcel will be collected on Monday (3 days after that booked) can't give me a time. Gave me a number for collections, but as soon as I mentioned ipostparcels they transferred me to another line which is probably one of the ones I've already called. I've logged into my ipostparcel account but it gives me no information whatsoever. Not good for a parcel collection that was paid for on the 1st December. I shall probably be contacting my credit card company soon to suspend/cancel the payment as I have not had the service I was promised, in fact no service at all, only long telephone call costs.

Only used them as interparcel website was down. Seemed a good deal. Got an email in the morning of my collection, then the problems started. It gave me a collection time of 16:38 to17:38, but most of the rest of the email talked about my delivery! It said I could click on a link to get a free text / email when I was the next customer. The link took me to UK Mail and didn't recognised my consignment number, and I pasted it in so I know I got it right. I went to the ipostparcels website, but could only find stuff about deliveries, so I submitted a help message around 08:00. No reply. It is now 19:01 and the parcel hasn't been collected. I found a phone number for customer advice and waited 18 minutes to get through with a very irritating repeating message, so I couldn't concentrate on anything else. The person I spoke to said he worked for an outsourced call centre and they only dealt with tracking deliveries, the website didn't give that gem of information. So I have now submitted a complaint. Don't think I'll use them again. Interparcel was really efficient.

Sorry but has to be a thumbs down from myself as delivery time slots very poor! For the first part the guy who you was picking the parcel up from for me was left waiting around all day, something he was not happy about.. Then on its second part of the parcels journey to my work the delivery time emailed to me from yourselves said between 1:52pm & 2:52pm well that was not the case! I was finishing at 3:00pm that day so when it did not show in this time slot I call a very unhelpful female member of your team at the docklands depot who gave me your Basildon number who never answered their phone! When the parcel was delivered at 5:30pm after I had gone home from work I was told by one of my work colleagues who took signed for the parcel for me that your driver asked can a borrow a touch cause I can't find the parcel!! He then thought he had lost it, drove off and come back with the parcel saying he had found it. Very poor in my opinion and a worry as to the safty of customers goods! The van was a plan silver one and not marked with your company logo so im guessing you use agency driver's? Me experience has left me not wanting to use your company again to be honest as who know next time thr package maybe actually lost or something. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this is something I think you should be made aware off as I feel its quite unacceptable! Kind Regards Nigel..

I and my retailer spent additional money to have my parcel arrive before 12pm, I took half a day off work to receive my parcel. 12pm came and went, I was due back in work and asked my retailer what was happening, where it was and if she had a tracking number. She contacted yourselves and was told that you would get the driver to call me. I had no call from the driver and he eventually arrived at approx 4.30pm, I then received a call saying sorry you cant get hold of the driver to see where he is. In this day and age I would suggest tracking devices and hands-free mobile systems so you always know where your drivers are (working for a transport company myself this was most frustrating). I lost a days pay instead of half a day (I don't get paid holidays/time off) waiting in for this delivery which is very unprofessional. Not what I expect for paying extra to have it delivered by a certain time!

Was good to begin with as the website is easy to use and competitively priced. Even got a text to say they would pick up between 16:14 and 17:14.......the driver turned up just after midday, 4 hours early. Usually earlier is good but when you are given a time slot you start to plan your day around it. Then I got a text to say there was a problem and it wouldn't be delivered next day as I had paid for and to call customer services. I got through to someone after 18 minutes on hold!!! Who told me it had gone to the wrong depot but would be delivered the next day. Delivery day: again started well as got a text to say it would be delivered between 14;47 and 15:47. It was my sons birthday so we went out for the day but were going to be back to accept the delivery. We got home at 14:00 to discover a note through the door saying the delivery was left with my neighbour which was strange as I had to sign for it so the driver just handed it over and got it signed by next doors builder! The delivery was earlier in the day and I then got a text at 14:41 saying the driver had one more delivery to make before my delivery arrived.............it had been delivered 2 hours earlier!!! This is very poor service, 18 minutes on hold, pick up and delivery earlier then advised and parcel left with next doors builder. Not overly impressed to be honest.

We made an order for i post parcels to come to collect a parcel from our address and send it to birmingham. We paid additional money for them to collect it before 1 p.m.. We had an appointment at 2 p.m and they still haven't turned up by that time. We ended up finding a phone number to cancel but it was for UK MAIL, they cancelled but told us that to get a refund we have a contact i post parcels. They do not have a direct phone number you have to e-mail them. I have now emailed them over 4 times they have not replied once and i have not had my money returned. I have had to contact the card issuer to settle this dispute. The funny thing was i was walking my dog a half past 8 in the evening and saw the parcel delivery guy down my road. I pulled him up and ask him if he was coming to address to which he told us he was. Disgusting service i should've read reviews before as numerous people have had the money stolen had their parcel broken and all sorts.

I booked the delivery of a parcel with Christmas presents for Spain on the 23 Nov because it was supposed to be delivered in 4 days. 11 days later it still hadn't been delivered and there is no telephone for customer service available for international deliveries, the number that appears on the web is only for the UK ( which is not specified) so I spent 30 mins on hold to get to talk to someone just to be told they could not deal with internatinal deliveries! The person who had to recieve the parcel has left on holiday so there is no one to recieve it now but I cannot change the delivery address nor can I get in contact with anyone from iparcel. I have sent them a request in their customer support mail but have had no answer at all. I probably have lost my parcel, my money and the worst part is that my nieces get no x-mas presents! Never again will I use this service!
