“broke my item the 1st time, so i lost the deposit on some work i was having done. item was a week late. It was impossible to contact you. soo yeah thanks a lot. I hope I do wine as I am £150 down”

“DID NOT FOLLOW ANY OF THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO HIM. CAUSED HUNDREDS OF POUNDS DAMAGE TO GARAGE DOOR, HAVE BEEN TO POLICE TO FILE CHARGES FOR CRIMINAL DAMAGE. CUSTOMER SERVICES NOT VERY HELPFUL YET. HAVE SENT RECORDED LETTER TO OFFICE WITH PHOTOGRAPHS OF DAMAGE.”

“Took over a week for parcel to reach destination. Not next day. Upon enquiry I was told an "Internal error" completely unacceptable”

“Their prices are great. But having arranged a collection on 14th Jan the package is still not collected. The payment is made. There is no numbers to call. Emails are not replied too, and unless some one see's this negative response, I would say its a con, unless proved other wise. Happy to retract this response, if they prove they back the service they have been paid for.”

“Took 11 days to get here, had to ring up after they said online it had been delivered and signed for by me when it hadn't, told me they would call back and didn't. Joke of a company, would not buy anything in the future if these chimps were the delivery company.”

“I wasn't in when the parcel was delivered so it was left behind a plant pot at the front door. This is normally absolutely fine and probably didn't have anything to do with the issue but when I got home and found the parcel, one side of the box was open (and the other side partially open). When I counted the content there was 1 item missing (not surprising with the box being open). I contacted the shipping company straight away and they have refunded me for the missing item.”

“Left a £500 item outside my door. Had a neighbour sign then dumped the high value item outside my house on a busy main road. The item was not there when we returned home after work....avoid”

“Instructions where to deliver it to Orangebox Satellites. and they delivered to a stranger. We are at the back of the premises not the front. Easy option for some because they cant be bothered to do it right.”

“Not particularly impressed. Parcel was just left on the doorstep where everyone could see it until we got home from work. Driver could have easily put it over the locked garden gate and left a note.”

“i postparcels collected item from ebay seller on 20th Jan its now the 27th Jan and all I get from the voice on the phone is that it is delayed what the hell does that mean? Never sent anything by this mob and never will !!!”

“Ok for delivery but if something goes wrong, forget it. Regardless of the fact I paid quite a premium to insure an item, The item was next day delivery, but for some reason got delayed, no explanation, no partial refund for a service that took 5 days instead of 1. Emailed in regards to claim as item got damaged. NO RESPONSE. Two emails sent, not a response to any”

“I sent a parcel on 9th Dec 2014 and paid for next day delivery. The parcel was delivered 11 days later!! After numerous telephone calls to Customer Care I got absolutely nowhere and have had two letters ignored by this company, also after emailing them I keep getting told that my case is closed...... PATHETIC! I will never use this company again absolutely furious!”

“Terrible - I have no words to describe this company. I booked a parcel collection in December & paid - no courier arrived to collect the parcel. As they are not contactable by phone I emailed to ask when the parcel would be collected - No reply!!! I then received 3 emails (I had emailed them a number of times) to say that the query I raised was now closed! I tried again, asking for the parcel to be collected - this time I had no reply to my emails. Do not use this company. There are still children at the school in Kenya where we were trying to send some footballs to who still have not received them.”

“I ordered a parcel on 13th January , on the 15th January I received an e mail from yourselves saying my parcel would be delivered to my home address on 16th jan between 14.30 & 15.30. ..... I am still waiting ! No one seems to know where my parcel is I have rung every day with messages saying you are waiting advice from the depot and I will get a call back , no one rings me back ...., I am somewhat frustrated to say the least the money for my item has come out of my bank and I have no parcel ! So I'm sure you can realise why my feedback is very negative !”

“I thought your service was very poor as the parcel I got was a laptop and it was just left on the doorstep and signed for by "Dixon" who we don't know. The house is right next to a busy path were a lot of people walk by every day so it could of been stolen. Very poor service next time I will use a different courier service and won't recommend UK mail/I post parcels”

“Parcel was left behind the dustbin, which is outside the front of our house. Luckily my partner spotted it in time before it was taken by one of the many gypsys that cruise our area looking for such opportunitys !!! Not very impressed with your service. Parcels should not be left outside.”
