One of the worst delivery companies I have ever dealt with! Never reply back to emails and don't have a contact phone number! They have said they will come collect my parcel and haven't on a number of occasions resulting in my customers giving me negative feedback I would advise anyone to stay away and use a more reliable company

The worse company I ever dealt with, no customer support, no phone number, late collection, over week delivery, no answers, you send something but you staying hanging in air praying, you parcel will be delivered or get you, one or the other Avoid totally

Deliveries are always late, and 7/10 the driver doesn't turn up at all and we have to take them to the sorting centre which is 20 miles away.

The item arrived broken. It was not handled properly despite the fact that it had lots of Fragile labels on the box.

An absolute shambles. Booked collection for parcel on Monday morning here we are 6.15pm Wednesday still waiting for parcel to be picked up. Will never use again.

Arranged for a parcel to be picked up from an ebay seller. i was given a day for pick up which was almost a week ago the person waited in all day for the parcel to be collected 5 days later they recieved a text to say that the parcel would be picked up between 5pm and 6.30pm this time somebody called while they were out during the morning. These fly by nights could not organise a pixx up in brewery. Not able to contact just given a code which is useless as there is no way of using it to get any answers. i most definately wont be using this courier again.

2 parcels booked for next day, both arrived a day late. Not happy and wishing to compensate my customers who paid extra for the service I struggled with the impossible contact reply box which continuously refused my text even though i checked repeatedly for disallowed text symbols! eventually it accepted a very short message (despite 700 characters allowed). I was offered 10% refund for one of the parcels. So i return to the contact form and once again it will not accept my text - aaaaaargh!!!!! they win i give up and go back to my trusty P2G service!

usless, booked a timed collection on friday, they text to say what time they would collect and then never showed up and rebooked it for monday without letting me know, monday they text to say what time they would collect for them to turn up at a totally different time when nobody was in as they had planned their day around the time they were told the collection would be. iv never known a company be so crap, i have a parcel that needs to be collected and a company that isnt interested in collecting it

If ! could give minus figures I would. Courier usually arrives a day late. Customer service non existent. 53 days ago I sent a parcel to the US via Express. It has disappeared. No refund, no parcel, just endless excuses. Worse than poor. You make Royal Mail look good!

Terrible service for Highlands and Islands was Quoted £25.59 to send a parcel with IpostParcels.com & it will only cost £8.00 with Royal Mail !! Interparcel quoted me £7.99 for next day delivery option in comparison!! Will not ever use this site. Not recommended whatsoever.

WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY! Avoid at all costs. I paid £35 for next day delivery and the items hadn't even been collected 5 days after! The people who work for this company are downright rude. There is no contact number and customers are told to 'email' and await a response. They don't ever check their emails!!!! AVOID.!!!! I have been ripped off and you will too. They are not reliable, have the worst customer service and don't care about their customers! Reported to trading standards too. Paid for a service I didn't receive. Disgusting.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Their email address does not work - email boucing back because of a security problem their side. Having complained already twice they still do not give me an alternative contact! Now I am being threatened with incurring charges despite having attempted to send the invoice in question twice! No telephone number to call - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will not be using this cheap skate terrible service again!

The parcel was delivered whilst I was out, it was left on my garden table which would have been ok but it rained. The parcel, containing 2 large hardback books was in a cardboard wrapping which was absolutely soaked. Fortunately the company who sent the items had packaged the books really well inside so they only got a little damp. No fault with the company I bought from, the books were packed very well, but the courier left them outside to the elements. This was not prearranged with me it was the drivers choice. I also know that my neighbour was in all day but they were not even approached to see if they would accept the parcel. Overall very dissatisfied with the service and, if given the option, would not use them again. I certainly would not recommend using a courier that would leave a cardboard package out in the elements, if it was a plastic sealed wrapping it would be better, still not ideal without my permission but more understandable.

I sent a parcel to Berlin on the 2nd September it is now the 28th September, my package had an attempted delivery though no card was ever found on the 4 the September. Since then it has disappeared. Very happy to collect from Berlin depot if I knew where it was, phone depot if I had a telephone number. TRIED AND TRIED TO RING, E-MAIL EVERY DAY. NO-ONE SEEMS TO CARE THAT MY PACKAGE IS MISSING!! NO HELP IS OUT THERE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG. I had used this service before and recommended it! now I feel completely let down. Why is it impossible for me to contact the Berlin delivery company and find my package. I need help big time!! Can't get any!!!! I had hoped this delivery service would help me sent things to my pregnant daughter in Berlin, didn't know that if they aren't delivered they disappear for good!! Unknown to anyone.

Your company is terrible, every time I order collection you claim not to know where I live and do not collect for weeks before cancelling the collection without letting me know. I have had no response to many messages sent and am just ignored all the time. Deliveries always turn up so there is no excuse. Would 100% NOT recommend
