“got an e-mail to say our parcel was sent back to the company- no card was left to say we were out at the time of delivery! annoying.”

“This parcel was delivered to the wrong address some miles away and left on the door step of that address I was lucky that this person was honest and brought it to my home”

“I was not at home when the package was delivered. No "you were out" card was left - the package was just left in the front garden, viewable from the street and in the spot where the weekly rubbish is collected from. Although it was well wrapped by the sender, it had clearly encountered a severe impact in transit. The contents, a framed picture, arrived with the glass smashed, which I will have to pay to get replaced.”

“It is not my problem that your sat nav cannot correctly locate my postcode. Failing to deliver even though you are in a different village than that on the addressed label on the package indicates a lack of commitment from your driver. After being unresolved by several emails and after being held in an income generating 0845 telephone queue (either make this a free phone OR employ more staff in your response centre) the parcel was finally delivered 5 days after it should have been.”

“No update about my order all day wasted waiting. Around 7pm a man ring in my door just asking my name no even check ID or asking for signature looks like everybody could collect my order.”

“Terrible service, would certainly not recommend anyone uses iPostParcels (i.e. UKMail) if they want their parcel to arrive in a timely fashion! My delivery was due to arrive on Wednesday, it failed to turn up so went online to check and it said that I had requested a "rearranged" delivery for the following Monday - this is a blatant lie! Absolute rubbish; had no contact whatsoever and as I desperately needed the goods for the weekend I certainly would not have requested a delivery on the following Monday. My supplier contacted iPostParcels (i.e. UKMail) on Friday and requested that they deliver the goods on Saturday - to my home rather than work - but they failed to do this also. Crap company. Crap customer service. Crap delivery service. Needless to say, no offer of compensation either!”

“Really disappointed. I was out when the driver called, he left a card pushed in the front door (fully visible to everyone walking past) saying he had left the parcel at number 55, 55 is my number and there was no parcel anywhere! I knocked on another couple of neighbours who didn't have the parcel. Spent 13minutes on hold to UK mail to be told the driver had taken the parcel back to the depot and it would be delivered the next day. Next morning another neighbour delivers the parcel saying it had been delivered to her the previous day! Lots of time wasted!!! Come on UK Mail, sort this out.”

“I have only ever had 2 deliveries from UK Mail and both were delayed. Neither time was I informed of the delayed and had to track it myself. I am very unimpressed with their service. If they cannot keep their delivery time slots perhaps they should not work in this area and let the other parcel companies take their parcels as I have never had an issue with any other delivery company.”

“Ordered some batteries online but never arrived,but signed for by "someone"??. Contacted supplier who tried in vain to get answer from UK MAIL/IPOST. Had to conduct door to door enquiries locally to try and locate parcel again to no avail. Supplier had to resend order and launch investigation.May involve Police. Strange how UPS , Parcelforce and yodel have had no problem finding us and delivering several items this week.”

“The think is we wasnt at home i just find a card in my post that my delivery is been deliverit...and is behind a bin.........no problem if wasnt a rainnning and thath bin wasnt for me but for my neigbour....which we havent good relations ....... he was no happy my delivery been place behind his bin ! I cant do nothing obout it ....i explain he didnt care he been complain to my lanlord whis makes me feel disapoint”

“Parcel Arrived from Preston Depot No signature asked for Driver rang Bell then dissapered Damaged Box Damaged Gazibo parts missing It liiks as if an attempt was made by I Post Parcels to reseal box. Have asked Ebay for full Refund .Same driver Stole or wrongly delivered a parcel to us at Rainbow Bridge Sanctuary Now we longer use them for any sending Fr Anthony”
