“Extremely disappointed to arrive home to find my parcel left sat by my front door in plain view of anybody passing. Fortunately, it was still there and been taken by anybody wondering why there was a nice, concealable little box left outside. Not a company I would consider using! “despite being in all day my very expensive parcel (over £500) was left under a bag of bark chippings that was next to my front door, there was no card to say it had been delivered and had i not moved these last night i would not have found them and if it had rained they would have been ruined.”

“- tracking is the worst of all the other shipping companies - very hard to contact... filled form in twice over as many weeks and have never had a reply... again if the tracking was any good I'd have no need to contact you - says the pricing is the cheapest but parcel2go is cheaper for the UK”

“Paid for collection of parcels, parcels were never collected, but £ 37 were deducted from my bank account. No response on email, it is impossible to contact. Sent mail by registered post and no response. Very bad service, do not recommend this service to anyone. Scam service. Anastasia Wilson”

“THE DELIVERY MAN SAID THAT HE TRIED TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ON WEDNESDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER. THERE WAS SOMEBODY AT THE HOUSE ALL DAY. YET THE PARCEL WASN'T DELIVERED. THERE WAS NO CONTACT WITH ME THE CUSTOMER. NO PHONE CALLS ON LANDLINE OR MOBILE. THE FOLLOWING DAY( 18TH) I HAD A CALL IN THE AFTERNOON & HAD TO DESCRIBE WHERE THE HOUSE WAS, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE TWO HOUSE SIGNS ON THE GATE & A COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD SIGN SAYING CHURCH LANE ON THE WALL. WHEN THE PARCEL WAS EVENTUALLY DELIVERED IT WAS LEFT HANGING ON THE DOOR HANDLE.”

“of the 5 parcels that I have had delivered by ipost, not a single parcel has reached its destination, they have always had a missed delivery, despite working at a facility that has 24hr security. Parcels are always then returned to depot, with then no contact made to say that you couldn't find the address, only when we chase you (after waiting 30mins on the telephone in a queue). do we have to go to the depot to collect... Worst ever delivery service. I have asked everyone that I know and use to avoid you at all costs...an absolute joke of a courier”

“I requested the delivery to arrive on Friday 12th. I waited in all day and received an email at 5pm to be told the delivery would be made on Monday 15th. I was sent a text to say that the parcel would arrive between 9.04 and 10.04 am on the 15th. Later in the day, the parcel was discovered sat outside the front door. There was no attempt to knock or ring the bell to alert us to the delivery (we have a dog who barks very loudly if someone knowcks at the door, so we wouldn't have missed an attempt to see if we were at home to receive the package).”

“I was out when the courier arrived. He left a card to say it was behind the gate in the back garden. That gate was locked so he had thrown it over. I had an email from you to say that my parcel had arrived and that I had signed for it which was a lie I rang your office yesterday and the young lady said that there was nothing she could do about it I did not get a sorry from her. Very poor service”
