The courier left the parcel outside my front door without putting a note through my letterbox to tell me it was there. I rarely use that door so it was only by luck that I discovered the parcel.

Was given a time slot via text on morning of delivery - they delivered earlier than stated so left a very expensive item with a neighbour who didn't even have to sign for it ! Very poor customer service ! Good job I have an honest neighbour !

I saw the parcel van coming along the road and expected a knock on my door. Much to my surprise the driver took the parcel to my next door neighbour. Assuming no reply he then walked up to my garden path and left the parcel on the ground near the front door without knocking nor rang the bell first. So I opened the door window and looked at him - he then gave me the parcel and I signed for it. Not at all happy with the service to say the least!!!

Your driver could not on Friday 12th deliver to our postcode and my parcel ended up a good mile away at another postcode. Fortunately for me the person who received it was honest so eventually two days later the parcel turned up. This was not before I had had to contact the clothing company and complain and re order the item. Monday delivery was great so well done that driver.

the worst experience i ever had,they gave delivery days and didnt show up,then said they did but i wasnt in,they didn' stick to hour time slots,then delivered somewhere else and didnt tell me where it was delivered to,i rang them to find out where it was ,they didn' ring me back to tell me,then they emailed me the next day,and told me the wrong adress they delivered it to.over all i would say don't use uk mail unless you want lots of stress in your life.totally incompetent,very poor customer services

The service is poor because the package was delivered to the wrong address and I do not know where it has gone. I have asked where it was delivered however UKMail has still not yet answered - very bad service

Parcel not signed for and left outside the house in full view of whole street. Sly note says signed for and this is not true.

The driver came speeding up my drive and nearly ran my dog over. When I went out to tell him to slow down he was very rude. Then he went speeding out of my drive. I will not be using your company again.

In your e-mail prior to delivery you said I would receive a phone call 1 hour before delivery, this didn't happen. After the delivery I received a text to tell me it had been delivered and signed for and left in a secure place. I did not receive delivery nor sign for it. It wasn't delivered to my house even. I rang to find out what had happened to it and was told that the delivery driver would be contacted and they would phone me back to tell me what had happened. I received no call back. In the evening a neighbour called to deliver the parcel, he said he found a note in his letter box to say the parcel was behind his bin! Your driver had delivered to the wrong address!! Your customer services didn't even have the decency to phone me to let me know where the driver had delivered it!

Parcel not delivered to the correct address. No note to even say where is has been delivered to. I still haven't got the package as I'm trying to trace where it is!!

I am not satisfied with this service, because the collecting time was one day delayed without informing me and the deliver was at 10 pm on the next day. Meanwhile, the customer service is always busy. I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get connected to adviser. Although I got the package in the end, the service had wasted a lot of my time. I don't think I will use UK Mail again in my life time.

I booked a courier to collect two parcels on Friday, for Saturday delivery. No collection attempted. Despite 2 messages sent through their contact page on Friday no reply has ever been received. I telephoned UKMail on Monday when I was told that delivery was attempted on Friday but the "building was closed". Collection was from a residential property, I was in all day, I never saw a driver or the card they claimed to have posted through the door. I was then assured collection would be made before 6pm on Monday for Tuesday delivery. No collection was attempted. They are unable to get hold of their driver and there is nothing else they can do to help. This is the second time they have done this to me now, the first time I put down to human error, this time just pure incompetence. I will never be using ipostparcels again!

i have posted an item with next day delivery on wednesday for it to arrive on thursday. it didnt arrive, and after contacting ipost i was told that courier could not find the house. but when you enter postcode into satnav it leads straight to the door of the house. so they rearranged to be delivered on friday, guess what.. they didnt and i was advised that courier had to many deliveries that day and ran out of time, so they offered to deliver it on monday. the item was meant for a celebration that sunday, so monday would be past the date. i have ruined my name as a seller, as my customer have not received the item because of this incompetent joke company. never ever i will use them again and would advise to stay away from them

After my previous 1 star comment for non collection yesterday, I decided to re-book my international parcel with this company. Well what do you know...another failure to collect. I've wasted 14 sheets of A4 paper on customs invoices and address labels, 2 envelopes, 2 document pouches and 2 expensive mailing bags. And my parcel is still sat up the hall. Also I now have to wait for this pathetic company to process two refunds to the tune of £36+. I note the reviews on their website filter and show only the 5 star comments. I don't think that is an acceptable practice either.

Deadful. No one you can actually talk too, email addresses you cant reply too, have to contact through a form on the website . What is this 1991 ?
