Hello I'm afraid it's a big thumbs down. My mum sent me birthday bouquet fruit and I won't even eat them as the box was such a mess. Bits were sticking out etc etc. my mum now has to complain to company she bought from.

My parcel was left exposed in my back garden not covered or hidden. It could have been stolen or rain damaged, I was very disappointed with this service

Booked parcel for international delivery on express service. At the end of the following day the parcel had not been collected. Tried to contact Ipostparcels via online form (no telephone number given). Received automated reply that it was being dealt with. Now 24 hours later and still no pickup or contact! Next step to get money back from Paypal. Have these people gone bust?

Collected late although paid for specific collection times, was ndelivered next day, nor the day after that. Ended up having to collect. Will never use again.

Have been in contact with FABpress and was told that they were informed the parcel was left at front door which is odd as I was in at the time of "delivery" and door was open am confused as to your policy of delivery as no card was left and courier didnt knock on the door.Would appreciate an explanation as to where my parcel is????

Parcel was despatched with next day delivery but arrived a full six days late with no explanation hmmm. NOT GOOD

Paid for next day delivery and only got package 6 days later. Made a lot of follow up calls and personnel seems not to even know what they are to do. At first they did not even know where the parcel was. Or mixed up with other parcels in the warehouse. Then lies about train delays. All the crab. They showed very little concern to the frustrations of client. Worst delivery service I have ever seen.

They collected my parcel and for some unknown reason it was delayed and I got an email on the day of delivery telling me this even though I had taken time off work to be available. No excuse as to why it was late, I then had to rearrange delivery on the website and it was very poor service

This was the first and last time I will use this company. The item was collected a day late and not delivered the next day as promised. No apology from customer services just excuses in an attempt to cover up poor service.

I paid for next day deliver before 12pm. It wasn't delivered till 4days later. No explanation was given and very difficult to get hold of any body to explain. This is the second time it's happening to me and I have asked for a refund and not heard anything back. I am really not happy with this service, something has to be done.

The worst postal service I have ever known. 3 failed attempts to delivery because they couldn't find the address and didn't bother to contact by phone. Customer care was useless. Just said the same thing every time. Was promised a call back but didn't happen. I still have not received the parcel and nobody seems to care from UKmail.

paid for 48 hr delivery and the goods came in three and a half days !!!! absolutely terrible. Will never use this site again

The worst courier service i have ever used. I only tried these as they offered a label printing service as my printer is broke. Uk mail driver arrived to collect parcel not knowing anything about postage labels i had paid extra for! I paid for a 24 hr service as my parcel contained fresh fishing bait . Parcel collect wednesday due for delivery thursday and arrived monday night(6.30pm)! Parcel contents ruined having been sat in a depo all weekend. £57 of goods binned. The customer service or delivery drivers tell lies as after contacting them to see where my parcel had gone they claim they tried to deliver on the thursday and friday(utter rubbish). Stay well clear of ipostparcels/uk mail ....terrible service from start to finish.

A neighbour luckily saw the delivery driver literally throw the parcel next to my front door which is the pavement as there is no front garden. He then sped up the road and she retrieved the parcel before anyone walking by could claim it for themselves. I'm quite honestly disgusted with this service and will be taking it further.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong house nearly half a mile away. Luckily the homeowner was willing and able to bring the 12kg parcel to me!

This is one of the worst deliveries I have received. I live on a very busy main road and the parcel was left in my front garden under a mini willow. Anyone could have seen this and taken it. As it was I had a very soggy parcel. The contents were clearly aerosols and it was still left outside, if it had been ny warmer there would have been a real risk of them exploding

Very poor service.We paid for collection on the Friday needing delivery on Saturday in London. We waited in the whole day, constantly looking for a collection van which never appeared. At 6pm I tried to contact the company in vain.No one contacted me to apologise for non-collection. They have written a note that they tried to deliver the parcel and we were't in which is not true. The parcel was eventually collected on Monday morning and will be delivered Tuesday - far too late! Won't use again.
