“THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE YOU WILL EVER USE. AVIOD THE HEADACHE AND THEIR NON COMMUNICATION AND USE A FRIENDLY AND MORE RELIABLE SERVICE ELSEWHERE. TERRIBLE COMPANY 0/10”

“The parcel was addressed to Mrs Barbara ? The parcel was put over the back gate - so fell to the floor We MOVED HOUSE on 11th September from Lincolnshire to North Yorkshire, which they were aware of. Not a good service I'm afraid.”

“I received a text message to say my parcel would be delivered between 8.15 and 9,15 but it didn't arrive until 2.pm not very good”

“I was impressed to receive a text message on the morning of delivery to confirm a one hour time slot. As I would not be at home, I asked my neighbour to keep an eye out for the delivery. The driver arrived later than the allotted time and my neighbour tells me that she saw him taping up my parcel as it had come open. Upon collection, I could see for myself that the cardboard packaging was wet in places and the parcel appeared to be loosely wrapped. Luckily the contents were packed in plastic and were undamaged.”

“The initial contact was very good and the parcel was delivered on the day they had said it would be. Having arranged to have someone to be available to accept the delivery once we had received the email to advise of the time it was very disappointing that it never came. Having watched the emails all day ( in itself an inconvenience ) when we eventually tracked the delivery down it had been left with a neighbour. No note or any other contact was received.”

“Parcel was not left with a neighbour as requested but left behind our car in the drive, anyone going to our next door neighbours door would have been able to see it and it could have been taken.”

“THE DELIVERY MAN SAID THAT HE TRIED TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ON WEDNESDAY 17TH SEPTEMBER. THERE WAS SOMEBODY AT THE HOUSE ALL DAY. YET THE PARCEL WASN'T DELIVERED. THERE WAS NO CONTACT WITH ME THE CUSTOMER. NO PHONE CALLS ON LANDLINE OR MOBILE. THE FOLLOWING DAY( 18TH) I HAD A CALL IN THE AFTERNOON & HAD TO DESCRIBE WHERE THE HOUSE WAS, DESPITE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE TWO HOUSE SIGNS ON THE GATE & A COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD SIGN SAYING CHURCH LANE ON THE WALL. WHEN THE PARCEL WAS EVENTUALLY DELIVERED IT WAS LEFT HANGING ON THE DOOR HANDLE.”

“Paid extra to have parcel collected but no one arrived to collect it, or called to tell me they weren't going to. Ended up having to drive to the depot to drop it off, which was chaotic and didn't inpsire me with confidence it was going to get to its destination in one piece. Surprisingly it did get delivered the next day so delivery side seems ok. Would not use again.”

“Well all I can say is received the parcel this time because someone was there all day!! last time because I live in an apartment there was no card left on two occasions making it hard for me to contact the company directly and in good time. As we are all busy working people so this then made me have to contact the company I ordered from then wait for response only to then contact the delivery company finding that by then I'd received a text message saying they were delivering another day when I was not in!! Needless to say left feeling unhappy as I then had to pay another delivery charge to the company I ordered from and they were charged by your delivery company all because you never left a calling card in order to be able to contact yourselves!”

“Parcel was late & I post parcels messed around the seller for 3 days, waste of time & didn't get postage costs back from the company after messing us around either. Wouldn't use u again”

“Parcel was delivered to the wrong road (40 Brackenborough instead of 40 Keddington) despite the label clearly stating the correct address. Fortunately the chap brought the parcel round afterwards!”

“of the 5 parcels that I have had delivered by ipost, not a single parcel has reached its destination, they have always had a missed delivery, despite working at a facility that has 24hr security. Parcels are always then returned to depot, with then no contact made to say that you couldn't find the address, only when we chase you (after waiting 30mins on the telephone in a queue). do we have to go to the depot to collect... Worst ever delivery service. I have asked everyone that I know and use to avoid you at all costs...an absolute joke of a courier”

“My parcel was delivered to a neighbour on Monday 15th, i received my parcel yesterday Thursday 18th as no note was left for me to tell me it had been delivered and that it had been left at a neighbours house, so dissapointed as needed parcel asap.”
