“Easy and fast shipping and returns. You can also find a more limited selection of their sweaters stocked in local Dublin shops. Pricing is a bit odd - significant difference if you’re ordering from within or outside of Ireland, and not simply due to shipping or euro to dollar conversion.”

Hi Olivia, Regarding our pricing, unfortunately due to increasing costs over the last few years of making our high quality garments like many other manufacturers, we were forced to increase our prices in early 2023 for all of our customers around the world in order to maintain the business and employment of our highly skilled staff here in Dublin. We do have an outside of Ireland price that factors in the increased work and costs to send our garments around the world which includes additional customs paperwork needed for countries like the United States and many other countries. “I love the jumpers but I was a little disappointed with your returns policy - with no direct exchanges for sizing reasons facilitated. I bought the Blasket Honeycomb Stitch Mens Aran Sweater Graphite in M size as a Christmas gift for €109.95 (order no. 5617) on 08/12/2022. It was too small for the intended recipient so I tried to exchange it and was refunded just €98.95 on 12/01/2023. I then reordered it in size L on 09/06/2023 for €119.95 (order no. 7363). I had been waiting for it to go back to the original price I paid for it on the website, so as not to be any more substantially out of pocket than I already was due to not being able to do a direct exchange, but I couldn't wait any longer to re-order the gift. So I have ended up paying €21 more than the price when I originally ordered the jumper, just to exchange the size. My welcome 10% discount actually counted against me here as I was able to use it on the first order, but this was discounted again in the refund and I couldn't use it for the re-order.”

“Love the knitwear. The only issue was the colour. In the image, it appears to be more golden (yellow) and when it arrived it was definite rust colour (tan) and darker than I expected. The wool is soft.”

“I already have one sweater bought in Italy and the quality is perfect. What did not satisfy me is the colour: really different from what I saw in the website. Silver marl is not as grey as seen online. This sweater has a sandy colour that I do not like much unfortunately.”
