I love the jumpers but I was a little disappointed with your returns policy - with no direct exchanges for sizing reasons facilitated. I bought the Blasket Honeycomb Stitch Mens Aran Sweater Graphite in M size as a Christmas gift for €109.95 (order no. 5617) on 08/12/2022. It was too small for the intended recipient so I tried to exchange it and was refunded just €98.95 on 12/01/2023. I then reordered it in size L on 09/06/2023 for €119.95 (order no. 7363). I had been waiting for it to go back to the original price I paid for it on the website, so as not to be any more substantially out of pocket than I already was due to not being able to do a direct exchange, but I couldn't wait any longer to re-order the gift. So I have ended up paying €21 more than the price when I originally ordered the jumper, just to exchange the size. My welcome 10% discount actually counted against me here as I was able to use it on the first order, but this was discounted again in the refund and I couldn't use it for the re-order.
