Do not touch this company. They are based in the states. Not a UK company. I have just moved and autofill put an incorrect address. Immediately contacted them to inform them. Looked at reviews of company, in hindsight clearly should have done this before! After my initial email changing address. I emailed again asking them to cancel my order. This was 27 minutes later. They deny receiving this email but said rug had been dispatched and I could return it costing me £22! I must have exchanged over 20 emails with this company. It went to the Launceston depot but was never delivered to me. It is on its way back to them. They will not refund me. Customer service is extremely disrespectful. Shocking company.

I bought the rug in a flash sale £139 to £39. I needed one quickly as my dog had an accident on my Dorma rug. When it arrived it appeared cheap in quality. Upon searching the same product on Amazon the tug is selling at less than £50. Same make, same materials, same made in country. SALE fool, fell for the 'flash sale' tag. More fool me.

The website is very misleading, and as others stated thought they were in U.K. Had several issues with the rug but found them very easy and obliging to deal with. Customer service was excellent and gave good advice how to deal with the issues that I had.

Bought rug from this company, after finding out it is a American company and not UK I was worried after reading reviews on here. But I had ordered it so just kept fingers crossed. Ordered it at 7.30am on Monday and thankfully it arrived on the Thursday at 8am. Maybe got lucky or some reviews on here are over reacting. Yes if want to send it back it’s going to USA, as stated in t&cs Would have been 5 stars but misleading web page with .co.uk.

BEWARE BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE Beware of this company. It states a uk web address, but if you wish to return your rug you have to pay shipment to USA or Switzerland. When you complain you are simply told it is in their returns policy. Do we expect to return everything and read every policy on a web page. No... we just believe the headlines. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY but you are mislead believing it is in the UK

Buyer beware Buyer beware. Poor quality, expected to pay for returns. If you want to deal with an ethical company look somewhere else and save yourself a lot of hassle. Not worth one star but had no other option

I am weary from trying to get a response re delivery informationon my rug, I have sent numerous emails and tried ringing uk no today, no reply so e-mailed again , just another automated reply😥😥😥

it took me ages to choose a rug, from all the UK sites, I thought this was UK based as well. It arrived yesterday, what a lot of rubbish, this company should be ashamed to offer this quality to any customer. It is thin ,it cracklets as you roll it out ,the colours are nowhere like the pictures. in short dont even think about it. In fact this site should not be allowed in the UK.

DO NOT BUY A RUG FROM THIS COMPANY! They try to pass themselves off as UK based but they are in US. The Havana rug I purchased is faded in colour, very thin and cheap looking. It is still wrinkled 4 weeks later. Very overpriced for its (obvious) cheap quality. The most expensive online bad purchase for me to date.

I bought a rug. £179 in sale. Original price £300 very obvious flaw poor quality rug sent pictures but company say not damaged. To cost £22 to return refused to accept responsibility. Have taken up with trading standards but company is not British so can make their own rules when on phone I asked if the company wa in Uk. Told yes. Knew it wasnt they talked dollars and even suggested I put it into a thrift shop. Would not recommend this company at all

The rug I received bares no relation to the photograph, it is very cheap quality and does not lie flat despite folding it as instructed I wanted to put it on a wooden floor but it slips all over the place. The company says its Uk but it isn’t and you have to pay shipping to the US or Switzerland to return. Terrible quality and rip off for returns. Don’t buy!

Please do not purchase as they will scam you into play extra charges. I ordered a rug in June, unfortunately it was not true to colour so I returned it. They said I would have to pay the returns shipping charges which I thought was fair. However, after chasing my refund I got a fedex bill. This was not for the return but in fact for the original delivery. The refund has been paid for already and now I was asked to pay another £51.91 for the original import. When I bought the item it said free shipping as it does now if you go to buy an item. Please do not buy as they will send you an import bill.

The rug I bought is stunning- even lovelier than it looked in the website. It's a chindi ragrug style. Delivery was expected to take over a week, but it arrived within 3 days! I was hesitant to try an unknown company, but am really happy with the rug and delivery.

I ordered two rugs from IRugs and at no point was it highlighted that the order would take 2-3 weeks at least to arrive! Very disappointed! Avoid this company!!

Omg, this company is not legit. Customer services doesn’t even exist, just an automated reply system for emails. I want to return a poor quality rug and can’t get in touch with them. Absolute farce and they’re not even based in the UK even though they use the name IRUGS.UK

Customer Service does not exist! Have waited more than 15 mins, three times trying to reach them both morning and afternoon, but then it just disconnects saying that there is no one to take the call. Have also emailed and got an automated reply. Waiting for someone to come back with option for returns. Not worth it. Just avoid!

Atrocious quality rugs topped only by the most useless "customer care" team I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! I can't recommend strongly enough buying from literally anybody except irugs

Been over a month and haven't received anything from them. They haven't bothered to reply to my emails. Absolute scam artists and I will turn up at their office to get my money returned if I have too.

As with many of the people below, the rug I received was of poor quality and not the colour I was expecting. The person on the customer service line is pleasant and offered me a 50 pound refund on my rug of 99 pounds. This shows how much the rug is really worth. I decided to still return and have been trying to nearly 3 weeks. I was told it would cost me 22 pounds to return or now I could have 25 pounds off or 25% off a new rug!!!! If I was going to take the money option I would have gone with the 50 pounds option. Anyway, I am still waiting for TNT to contact me as this company is not in the UK, but the US and Switzerland. I haven't heard anything from TNT despite numerous e mails and yes I have looked in my JUNK e mails. Still waiting for my refund. Buy local and check reviews. I am normally meticulous at reviewing before I purchase, this one slipped by me. Don't make the same mistake

I have tried to contact irugs about a rug return, I have emailed,phoned, and they do not reply, when the rug was delivered I thought there had been a mistake,because I paid £189.00 for it and it was worth about£20.00 because it was wafer thin and had a crease which I could not remove,the company is American and trading in the uk,and the advert makes you feel that you are dealing in the uk when you are not ,very misleading,I feel I was totally ripped off,I have asked for assistance to help me return the rug because I am shielding with the corona virus and cannot fo out because I have cancer,and I do not get any reply from irugs,I am stuck with this rug,which will go to recycling this week at my loss of £189.00 my advise,do not,do not, do not buy from this company.
