Maybe a good idea to ask me when you have done something, like delivered my magazine for a couple of months ON time. Looking forward to rating you highly in the future. Thank you, happy christmas

I have bought my mother in law the annual subscription to TV times this year. However I am not impressed that it wasn't until after I paid that I was told we would have to wait 10 weeks for the subscription begins. Waiting till mid February for the first magazine is not much of a Christmas present is it!

Hi Adele, Thank you for taking time to review us. It is unfortunate that these particular publishers can take up to 10-12 weeks to send the first issue. This is stated on our website before the checkout process. We advise 10-12 weeks as the delivery labels are printed many weeks in advance, due to the high demand of this magazine.

I like the discounted rate but my email confirmation said my card was charged over £300. Good value but unnecessarily stressful.

I just wanted to give a present of a year,s subscription to my daughter for the Lomdon Review of books. Now I get emails for mags I do not want; please desist. Thanks

I haven't received anything 4 weeks after ordering, although my card was debited then. It does say on the website I might have to wait 4 to 6 weeks as the current on sale edition would not be sent - surely an old edition from years ago could be recovered and sent, so that I receive something, before I forget I ever ordered something in the first place. Asking me to review the experience of having my money taken before receiving anything is absurd.

Thank you for your review. magazine subscribers always get the issues before they hit the shops, this is why sometimes you may have to wait for the next new issue to be published. I have contacted the publishers of Puzzler Killer Sudoku today, this is starting with January 11th issue, however I have noticed that the address doesn't look complete, please could you check this and confirm with Puzzler Media who dispatch the magazines (0800 904 7018, customerservices@puzzler.com)

I have had to send a few emails to manage a couple of subscriptions that were Christmas pressies. The emails responses I received were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Everything was managed successfully over email which is one less phone call for me (appreciated at this busy time of year!). Really pleased with the efficient service.

Easy to use and cheaper when doing multiple purchases. They keep you informed and if there is ever an issue they are very good at sorting it out. Keep up the good work.

In the past I found web site easy to use . This time it wasn't and I ended up setting up a DD which I now have to cancel! However the customer service is excellent ..,e mails answered very quickly. Shame about the web site!
