Subscribed to two magazines as a gift and completed the gift forms and confirmed the dates for Xmas day. Nothing sent to the recipient, even a week later, still no confirmation sent. Utterly hopeless doing this as a gift.

Thank you for your review I am really sorry that the 2 icards were not received. I know this may be too late but I have re-sent these today so that the recipient can read your gift message. I have contacted the publishers for the start dates of your subscriptions: BBC Wildlife - the Feb issue is due next week BBC Earth - February issue due on 2nd Feb

Easy to order the subscription and lots of choice. The gift email unfortunately didn't get sent out and there aren't any details on when the monthly subscription I signed up for will get sent out but other than that it was an easy to use website.

Thank you for your review As isubscribe are a third party subscription agent, the prices are provided to us by the publishers themselves. I am sorry that the subscription was more expensive this year, however I hope this will be enjoyed each month!

A lot easier than subscribing via the publication directly! Subscription only due to start this week so can't yet confirm that it worked, but fingers crossed.

We did not receive confirmation of the subscription or the emails, as requested, to my son and daughter, at this email address, telling them that they would be getting a subscription, so they did not receive it as a Christmas present, which is what it had been intended for. The only contact I have received is the request for this review.

You were supposed to send an ecard to my son on his birthday informing him of our gift subscription and this did not happen. My sons email is johnharrison@hotmail.com Please inform me why this did not happen and what are you going to about it. John and Rita Harrison

I had a problem with my internet connection. When I emailed isubscribe customer services, - at what would probably have been their busiest time - they helped me overcome the problem quickly and efficiently.

I have used the isubscribe three times. Every time I wish to renew the subscription I have to re-register as a new customer with a completely new email address. The site never recognises my email and password combination. Whenever I try to reset my password I'm told that no account with my email exists (despite being constantly spammed by your company and being unable to register for the newsletters). If I try to create an account with that email I'm told that an account with that email already exists. I now have three different email addresses registered with your company. Please fix this.

Due to privacy I am unable to see your password, however I have emailed IT to ask why you're unable to login to your account, as I can imagine this is very frustrating.
