Renewal of a gift subscription by email asked me to re-enter all the details. Why not give an option to continue subscription with existing details? In the end I renewed by phone and the operator just asked me to confirm the existing details - which was ideal.

Got confirmation of the order and my account was debited. The basics are fine. It was a gift subscription and the recipients Christian name 'Iain' was misspelled 'Eain' - probably my fault in trying to spell it out on the telephone. As it is a gift subscription near Christmas it would have been nice to have a confirmation that could be sent to the recipient, as does the Spectator when ordering direct online or the National Geographic who produce a gift card

You offer £5 off vouchers in emails, which you then say in the small print have run out! The website offers £2.50 off but when you get through to the checkout there is no box to put the offer voucher in. Misleading advertising- very poor indeed.

Sorry but I have purchased this subscription as a Christmas present for a friend, it would certainly make me very happy if you where to send him a card to the effect that he will be getting the magazine starting January.

As my Granddaughter has still not received her first magazine I feel that so far the service has not been good

Thank you for your review Caroline I am sorry that the first issue hasn't arrived in the time you would have expected. I have contacted the publishers for the start date, this is the issue dated 18th January and this should arrive with the recipient the week before this date. I hope she enjoys the magazine!

I ordered a subscription to BBC Wildlife as a Christmas gift for a young person and was told I would receive a copy of the December edition to give him as the present and let him know what he would be getting for the next year. The magazine has not arrived.

Terrible - took the money twice - then passed it off as another companies problem. Waited over a week for it to be sorted and it is still not. Sitting on my money and not answering my mails.

Subscribed to 'Kitchen Garden' and was told to download Zinio, which I did - on my computer, tablet, 2 Fires, one Motorola and a BlackBerry Android. No sign of it anywhere; £25 down the drain. NOT recommended

Thank you for your review I have located your order and i can see this was flagged as a gift. You will have received a gift email in which you have to activate the subscription via a link on the gift email. You can then set up a Zinio account, or login to your existing account. I subscribed to 12 monthly issues of Poultry World unfortunately, you got my name wrong calling me John Shaw I immediately sent you an email stating you had got my name wrong as my name is John Blackshaw. Sophie Chappell replied, who apologized and said she had amended the name on my account to John Blackshaw but this does not seem to be the case as you on this review refer to me as John Shaw.

I managed to subscribe to the magazine I required for my husband - eventually but the site was not as user friendly as I would have liked
